Great communication and service
Our driver called us a few days in advance to go over everything. Guests showed up at the venue with plenty of time to spare. Overall great experience and was so important to us to know guests arrived to the hotel safely.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Our contract had the correct information and but the driver was told a full hour later. This meant that a good portion of our guests were 45 minutes late to our wedding. We had to push everything back, which cost close to $1000. They gave us a full refund but still completely unacceptable.
