I will be pursuing a full refund
I will be pursuing a full refund. I booked your services for my wedding and 20 minutes before walking down the aisle I am getting dozens of calls and texts saying the bus is no where to be found to bring my guests from the hotel to the wedding. What a horrendous way to treat someone who spent over $1200 for your services.

The entire experience was well worth…
The entire experience was well worth it! Everyone loved the bus and it was extremely economical compared to other transportation services. The driver called before the event to go over the route and times. We kept communication the entire wedding event to make sure everything was as perfect as it could be for our wedding. The supervisor from the local bus company called me to make sure things were going smooth--and it was!! This was an incredible service and we would recommend this to anyone!
