Received a call from the Lisbon branch…
Received a call from the Lisbon branch on my wedding day indicating that the bus/shuttle had mechanical issues, therefore, they asked another branch to send another bus/shuttle. I completely understand that these sorts of things happen, but what I am disappointed about there was no communication between the Lisbon branch and the other branch. The driver, got lost to the venue and she didn’t know that she had to make trips between the ceremony site and the reception which prompted my guest to call my wife and I directly. So frustration and stressful.

We had a great experience from booking the trip to communications up until the trip and the actual trip itself. Our bus driver Jay was very friendly, courteous and accommodating, made sure we got to and from our destination safely and on time. Will book with first student again
