Bus driver was on time
Bus driver was on time, customer service was really helpful throughout the booking process, and we felt safe on the drive. Highly recommend using the service!! Our wedding guests had so much fun getting on a school bus.

This is our First time using First…
This is our First time using First Student for our Summer Camp Program and we are super impressed! The buses are clean and the drivers are friendly and very professional. The drivers are here everyday early for every planned trip. The administrative office is also very helpful and easy to talk with. Thank you Brad and David for all your help-- we really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend using First Student for your transportation needs!

Driver was extremely rude to all guests…
Driver was extremely rude to all guests and yelled at multiple passengers before and during the ride. The driver also didn’t enter the correct location and was again, extremely rude when we pointed this mistake out to him. He CLAIMED he had entered the correct location and ARGUED about it even though we are from Cleveland and were very aware that we were not going in the right direction. The ride should have been 8 minutes and turned into an hour and a half. Our experience was absolutely horrible and I am VERY disappointed. It wasn’t at all what we expected and wanted after our wedding reception. I would NOT recommend this service!!!!!

The drivers were punctual and super super friendly and easygoing. They were happy that the students were excited to go on a trip and have fun. they were polite. We would definitely call you first the next time we need busses.

We contracted to have a bus pick up 47…
We contracted to have a bus pick up 47 pple in Vermilion and take us to and from Kalahari in Sandusky between the hours of 10 pm and 1:30 am. Our driver, Josue, was punctual, kind and he drove us safely. The bus was clean and warm which was wonderful considering it was one of the coldest nights of the winter.
We will definitely use First Student again.
