Safe, friendly, convenient and affordable
First charter bus rental was awesome to work with. The prices are affordable! The drivers were professional, timely, and flexible. They waited an extra 15 mins for the bride and groom to get on the return bus back to the hotel. The drivers were both safe and effective. Everyone enjoyed their time!

Top notch customer service
First charter was fabulous from the moment I reached out to them until the last shuttle of the night. We used this service for a wedding in the Hershey -Lebanon area. I was very unfamiliar with the locations and routes to each venue so I ended up rescheduling the pick up times to fit the wedding schedule and was able to do this with no issues whatsoever. The bus was prompt and the driver was very friendly. First Charter customer service was top notch every step of the way!

Aaron's Acres Hershey Park Trip
Thank you so much for working with Aaron's Acres on this trip again.The driver we had Friday night was exceptional. He is conscientious and kind to all involved in our program. He worked with us during the summer, so it was nice to see him again.

Our driver
Our driver, Charlie, called prior to our contracted time to clarify his assignment for the evening. He was on time and pleasant while working to transport wedding guests between the venue and the hotel.

When I spoke to the person when…
When I spoke to the person when planning the transportation for the wedding, I explained I wasn't sure what to do, had never done this before. Was suggested 2 buses in the beginning to get all guests to wedding on time and go to 1 bus that will take several trips to get guests back to hotel. The bus arrived and left at 9pm and arrived back around 10:15 the bus filled up and left. leaving 20 people stranded at the venue, including the parents of the Bride and parents of the Groom. The drived explained to a few guests that she would return, but never did. We finally waited until 11:30 and then found other ways to get back! This was embarrassing, and looked very unorganized for all involved parties. VERY UPSET!!

Our driver Roberta was fantastic
Our driver Roberta was fantastic. All our guests enjoyed their trip and she went out of her way to make sure they all arrived back to the hotel safely.
