The communication process was very…
The communication process was very frustrating in the very beginning because I was checking during summer time. sometimes it took days to hear back from you & it was for my daughters wedding. Ray the bus driver was awesome!!!

Our group used First Student for 7…
Our group used First Student for 7 trips related to our mission trip. This review would be five stars, especially based on the drivers, our favorite being Marilyn who drove us to the worksites Monday-Thursday and even opted to work alongside us at the Food Bank, Boys and Girls club, and the Knoxville Area Rescue Mission thrift stores. We saw Christ through her all week! The only bummer was the missed pick up time at the airport leaving the group sitting on the terminal floor for 90 minutes but again the driver they re-routes to get us was fantastic. Thank you First Student for a great week!
