Used them for our wedding. Very responsive leading up to the event, on time, nice drivers. Itinerary was organized and easy to follow. Great experience, absolutely recommend!

I had a contract that stated First Charter would make two trips from the venue to the hotel. However night of my wedding as I was helping to clean up and pack the remaining decor, I was told by my mom that I had to get on the bus because the driver was only making one trip. That made us rush and miss some things due to this mishap. I have contacted them and they have not been helpful at all. Would not recommend

They were awesome! They were punctual and made sure they had everyone going there and back! They were so patient with us at the end of the night, played the best music and were so much fun! Would definitely recommend.

The call center staff is always friendly and professional. The drivers are on time and kind also. We had to reschedule multiple times due to snow but First Student staff were patient and pleasant through the whole process.

I have nothing but awesome things to say about our experience chartering a bus this past weekend! From scheduling with their office in NJ to chatting with the local branch who handled everything in NH it was smooth and well communicated. The best part of it was our driver Christina, she is amazing! I would definitely charter with First again and plan to, their prices are extremely reasonable and buses updated and clean. But like I said, the difference was the people making everything happen, they were a pleasure to work with!

Great service! It was easy to book and the information was clearly laid out for our trip details. We had two buses and drivers for a wedding shuttle to our venue and back from the hotel, and the drivers were outstanding and so patient with two buses full of guests. Thank you!

There was no confirmation call made before this service. And I wish there and a reminder given fro guests to wear masks on the shuttle.
Almost all
Of my guest were turned away from the shuttle because they did not have a mask on.
If a reminder was given…then I would’ve left boxes of masks on the shuttle for my guests!

FirstCharter was timely and reliable with a fairly complicated wedding pick up and drop off. Reaching them by phone to discuss the itinerary or make changes was the only problem which took days. But always adjusted and pleasant to deal with. We were extremely satisfied with their service which helped to make the wedding and after party a great success!

We hired the bus for transportation to and from our wedding venue to the hotel. We had no issues, they were very easy to work with!! We, the bride and groom, did not personally take the bus but they got everyone to the wedding on time and back to the hotel safely even with the snow we had! We got not complaints from anyone and are very pleased
