Fantastic Service!!
The driver was on time, personable, and safety-minded. The bus itself was clean and looked well-maintained. The online Customer Service was top notch: each of the three Customer Service reps I interacted with were friendly and willing to answer my numerous questions (it's been years since I've had to book a field trip). I plan to work with them again in the future!

The bus driver was excellent! Confirming the trip was very frustrating. I had to go back and forth trying to confirm and everything had to be online.

Friendly Driver
Driver came early, was friendly and was happy to be with the first graders. This was the first bus ride for most of them, so having a friendly bus driver was wonderful. She also made sure that everyone was safe and knew the emergency procedures.

Not trustworthy
The driver was instructed to be ready to pick us up between 12-12:30, but during this time they went to the second job and he did not pick up the phone calls.
I paid fully 2200 for two bus to reserve them but eventually they were busy doing their side job and we kept waiting stranded in the Los Altos Hill for more than one hour. That’s not the service the school field trip paid for.

Bus drivers were very friendly. Both buses arrived on time and picked us up for our return to school on time.

Our driver was excellent
Our driver was excellent. His driving felt safe on the mountain highway and busy city streets.His demeanor was calm and very friendly. He seemed to understand how the kids would behave and made me feel assured he could be very focused on his driving and the kids weren’t a distraction.Also, he knew the route very well and was courteous when we were ready to leave our event. We all felt very comfortable from start to finish.
