We used your service to shuttle wedding guests from the reception to an after party location. Our driver, Lilly, was terrific. She was happy to see us and greeted everyone with enthusiasm. The shuttles were timely and the communication was great. I highly recommend First Charter for a fun alternative to your wedding transportation needs.

We enjoyed our trip and our time but had some hiccups along the way. The bus was stuck for 15 minutes in a parking lot for reasons unknown to the driver, delaying parts of the trip. Also, after leaving at the agreed-upon departure time of 6, we should have arrived back to the pick-up site at 7 PM, but the bus drove slowly. Had we known this was a school bus in advance, we would have set a later drop-off time to account for the slower speeds. But the driver (Jamie) was very kind, very sweet and courteous throughout the trip. We really enjoyed our time with him.

The booking process took a little longer and took more calls than we would have preferred due to us booking a little late and them having delays with dispatch. But everyone we spoke to was very nice, polite and tried their best to get us fast responses.

Had a good experience overall with reserving a bus and the actual trip itself. We made the reservation for a youth trip and had no problems. Their staff on call are very helpful and responsive.

We've been replying on First Charter Bus Rentals to get kids to and from our camp for years. Once again, the drivers were fantastic this year and the office was helpful - another great experience!

First Student provided a clean, safe trip for our third-grade students. They arrived on time and the driver seemed to really enjoy the trip as much as our students! So much so, that our class will be sending her thank you notes!

Everything worked out for the most part but none of our drivers had the itinerary from our contract. They didn’t have my contact and it was the weekend and stressful not being able to communicate with them. One of the drivers left half of the wedding party and had to go back and get the rest.

Also one of the drivers was 45 minutes late picking up our elderly guests and families that needed to get back to the their hotel immediately after the wedding.

I’m not sure I would hire again.

Great Service!

I was very happy with the service. The bus driver was punctual and made everything easy for us. Communicating with the customer service representative was excellent because they keep consistent notes of the conversation and I was able to speak with any representative without a problem.

Driver was on time and helpful....all went according to plan!

I was a little worried about the fires going on - thought that maybe the bus wouldn't show up, but it did. Our driver was very courteous and the bus was clean. Thank you! I'll use First Student again in the future.
