Bus driver Jeff was great! The whole experience was great!
Drivers were wonderful. We only received three of the buses out of four we were promised with no warning, heads up or follow up. It really hurt the proceedings for the day. Thank goodness the drivers... Voir plus

Field Trip with First Student Charter
The First Student staff were very helpful and attentive to detail during our phone calls. As a first time costumer, everyone was very patient and understanding of all/any questions. My students were able to participate in a wonderful field trip to a University. I highly recommend using this company if you are in a pinch for transportation.

Wedding Transportation
We used First Charter for our wedding transportation to and from our venue and hotel. It was wonderful!! super easy to book and had a lot of seats for guests. I would recommend over a 'party bus' for weddings.

Great experiences with First Charter…
Great experiences with First Charter Bus Rental. We have used them for trips before, always good prices and good drivers! Our last trip was to an Akron Rubber Ducks game... driver was on time, got us there through Akron rush hour traffic, and communicated well for our return pickup.

Our Day starts with a Bus Ride!
Our day was going to be fun at the Earth Song Discovery Park in Lodi, OH, but we needed to get there first. That's why we called First Student Charter Bus Rental. They are competitively priced, have always been on time or early for our adventures and their drivers are always very pleasant. Our preschools serve children up to age 13 and for some of our kids, the bus trip is the best part! Thank you First Student Charter for keeping us safe and taking us everywhere we want to go!!

We took our first trip of the summer…
We took our first trip of the summer using First Charter Bus Rental last Friday. It was a very nice bus, super clean, and the driver was very nice as well. He had like Mapquest kind of written directions to our location that took us a very strange way to get there. I finally just started giving him directions when he turned the wrong way after a very long unnecessary drive down the freeway and through a bunch of back roads. It was not his fault at all, and he was very receptive for the help.

At first it was hard to get…
At first it was hard to get communication going, and I had to call to get a response about booking a trip, but once I got someone on the phone the process was swift and smooth. The driver showed up early, was ready to go and despite having a lot of storm damage was able to get us where we needed to go and back on time. We appreciate it!

Wedding Transportation
Used First Charter to transport our guests for our wedding. It was easy to book and guests told me the trips back and forth were enjoyable. The only negative feedback we received was that the bus drivers didn’t have directions to the venue and back so guests were providing turn by turn directions. At the end of the night, the driver got lost on his last trip bc he did not have a smart phone with directions so he was about 45 minutes late to pick us up. It ended up working out well in the end bc we still got to our destination but he didn’t answer the phone when we were trying to figure out where he was and panicking making a backup plan. I’d recommend First Charter again but I believe the bus drivers should be provided more adequate means for directions in either a smart phone or GPS
