Best field trip ever
Best field trip ever! I had a great experience with First Charter Bus Rental. The person who helped me get the bus is Evelyn and she went above and beyond to get a bus for my field trip!
The driver called me on the day of the trip and informed me where the bus would be waiting. We boarded on time and drove off on time.
The driver played music the students requested and kept the bus at a pleasant temperature. She drove very safely up the winding roads of Topanga Canyon.
Our return trip was just as great.
Thank you very much for providing such wonderful service.

I loved it.
Mrs. T, is an incredible driver, she was so nice, on time and helped us in what we needed. It won't be the last time I obtain services from first student, since the booking process to the day of their services I rate them a 5 star.

We had a great experience with First…
We had a great experience with First Student Charter. We had a very last minute reservation request and they were able to work with us and get us transportation for our event. Our bus driver was on time, patient, and overall great. We would use their servicea again.

Excellent experience!
I worked with First Charter to provide transportation for my guests to get to and from me wedding. It was perfect and they loved the fact that they were in a school bus!

Our bus arrived 30 minutes late
Our bus arrived 30 minutes late, no phone call from the driver. I called the "Day Of" numbers on my trip confirmation and no one picked up. I left messages on multiple extensions, and did not receive a call back. We were refunded for one of our overall trip cost, which is fair since the driver was late, but that does not make up for the bad customer service.

Was glad that we were able to get a bus on short notice. Very appreciative of that. The only issue was we asked for a 8:30 arrival to our school and the bus was late.
