Bus drivers were on time at 181 University Ave. and got us to our destination on time, safe and sound. The courteous drivers accepted the invitation to join our party at Medieval times, and were available to take us home promptly when our party finished at 9:15, we were back at hotel by 9:45.
Booking staff were extremely polite and courteous, even though I made several changes, which I am sure was annoying.

Our drivers, George & Andrew, were very kind and understanding. George came early for our first pick-up and was so patient with us & helpful. Both of them came & drove us back to our drop-off and everything went smoothly!

Always on time. We go to weird remote locations for camps, often without a proper street address. We can always rely on First Charter to get us there, and pick us up on time!

Andrew did a great job - friendly, informative - kept us posted on ETA etc. He was put in a tough spot being scheduled to go downtown and back - impossible to make his after school pickups. But he stayed cool, calm and friendly with me and other passengers.

The bus arrived at Centennial College 45 minutes late and we were not advised that it was running late. Staff had to call to find out where the bus was. Lateness should be communicated by First Charter once it is realized!
As a result of the bus being late, the field trip was cut short by 1:00 hour as First Charter wanted the bus back in time to do school runs.

The bus service was great, the driver Andrew was very helpful and accommodating. He arrived early to the pick up and the bus had additional compartments which were helpful to store our instruments. He was also very safety conscious and assisted in stopping traffic while we were unloading our instruments.

Our Driver George was so chill and took the stress out of the beginning of our day, as we were running late. What a wonderful surprise to be able to put our coolers, ball ad other supplies in the carriage panels under the bus. We had to use another company earlier in the year and the experience was very different .When we asked that driver to have negative comments that were written on the back of the seat cleaned up before we got back on the bus and it was not(we ending up doing it). I thank you guys for your great customer service from quote to the day of our activity.
