The buses successfully returned guests to the ferry after the wedding. However, the one job of the buses before the wedding was to wait for the ferry to dock and the passengers to walk off the ferry.... Voir plus

If there was ANY other transportation option on Vashon, I would look into that
Repeatedly tried scheduling six months in advance of our event. We eventually got in touch with someone two months before the event and made the reservation through several confusing and frustrating phone calls. On the day of the event, the driver came to our venue unannounced earlier in the day to review pick-up and drop-off locations as well as departing times. Then, he still managed to be 20 minutes late to the first pick-up, dropped several guests off at the long location, and then could not be reached and was two hours late to our agreed upon pick-up time to return our guests to the ferry (which they missed and had to take a late ferry home).
The shuttle did not wait for the passengers who arrived a little late due to a late ferry.
The buses successfully returned guests to the ferry after the wedding. However, the one job of the buses before the wedding was to wait for the ferry to dock and the passengers to walk off the ferry. The ferry was running late, and the shuttle left without the passengers. As a result, we had to drive five private cars to pick up the 20 people stranded there, and we delayed the wedding by 30 minutes to do that.
