The bus was booked to arrive at 12.35 pm to pickup 30 seniors citizens for a trip to the Polish Beach for a lunch. The bust did not come until 1.45 pm Four seniors got picked up and left to go home because they got ill from standing in the parking lot in the heat. Almost all the seniors got dropped off and did not have vehicles to sit in to cool off ,we are talking about people in their 70, 80, and 90. When we called after hours they tried to tell us the bus was not suppose to be arriving until 1.15 my contract states diffrent. They did not even have the gates unlocked to get the bus or a driver set up. SWorst service I have ever had with a Charter bus company. I want compensation for the 50 Plus Seniors

We used First Student for transportation for our wedding and they were absolutely terrible. We were supposed to have two busses show up and only one arrived. Then later in the night we had the bus scheduled to leave at 1:30 and it just left at 1:00 leaving our guests stranded. We submitted a complaint and over a week later have not received a response.
Would absolutely never recommend.

Took longer route both ways. Did not proceed to drop off lane at arena for both drop off and pickup.

One of the drivers was late. It cut 40mins of the residents' time at the winery. The other 2 drivers were so patient with our residents. They were careful and caring.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. I needed to book multiple buses to transport international lawn bowl players back and forth between the facility and the hotel. Dawn was extremely helpful with this process and was able to make changes as needed. We ran into some issues on the final day as one of the bus drivers was pretty rude and didn’t want to stick to the booking time and wanted to depart early. Fortunately, another bus showed up that we were able to use to get players to the facility at the correct time. Lastly, I was trying to get in touch with the charter office on the last day to make sure if a booking and after multiple attempts and messages left, no one returned my calls. Fortunately, I was able to talk to a driver who was able to make a call and get me in touch with a dispatcher who could help me with my concern. All and all, a pretty good experience except for the last day.

Every employee I talked to was super helpful and kind. The bus arrived early, the bus driver was super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience from start to finish. Would book again with them.
