Very unprofessional company for last 4 month either telephone issue or staff issue. Always something in their contract eliminate their needs to repair the item I’ve called for very disappointed. Calls are being dropped by their CSR, when try to escalate, CSR would just simply hung up the line. If I could give them 0 I would.

Cheaters and Scoundrels. I took a 6-year contract and spent 1950$. Served me twice. Afterwards, stopped taking service calls.
Highly recommended if you want to get RIPPED OFF!!!

This is the worst company to do business with. I had filed a claim on my dishwasher the first company never called me so I had to call back and request a new company, after a week and a half trying to get ahold of the second company I finally got someone to come out. He never told what the diagnosis was, after 2 weeks of waiting I finally called premier and they told me I would be getting and email with response. Finally I got the email and instead of them fixing it they are offering me $157!dollars for and $800 dishwasher that is only 3 years old. I tried for 3 days to get ahold of them I was successful today, I cancelled my policy and they charged me $75 to cancel the policy. This company is a joke.

I wish I could give them zero stars! I was trying to contact them about a repair needed for my clothes dryer. I called the toll free number 4 times in about an hour and was on hold, then cut off. So I go to the website, which I forgot I could use. Had to go through resetting my password. It turns out a request from April of 2025 is still open! This was for my dishwasher, which wasn't draining properly and had an odor. When I had made a request back then for a service provider, I received an email with a name. When I called the technician, he said he didn't know why they kept giving his name out, because he didn't do warranty work through them. He said he had a hard time getting paid. I ended up taking the filter out of the dishwasher and cleaning it real well. That took care of that problem.
In the meantime, I can't file a new claim on the website because the claim from 16 months ago is still open!!!
So I found a way to email them on the website, and I sent an email, calling them liars, scammers, telling them I would let everyone on social media know what a bad company they were to do business with. Well, lo and behold, they call me! Problem is, I have unknown numbers blocked on my phone, but they leave me a voicemail asking me to call them back or send an email and they will call me. I've emailed them twice in two days; no phone call!
About a year after we moved into our new home, we purchased a 5-year warranty from them and paid for it upfront. What a waste of money!!! I wish we had researched them a little more before giving them our money!!!

First Premier Home Warranty will flat out NOT refund your money under the terms of the contract. I cancelled two policies on May 4, 2026. I still have not received my refund, 100 days later in spite of 7 phones phone calls. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT under any circumstances do business with this company. They have lousy policy and will not pay claims on a timely basis or refund your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Have never sent anyone to follow up on 3 different claims. I have to call and the companies won’t do even a see call bec First Premier won’t pay them for their work 10 different companies said I had to pay and then ask FP to pay me.
Never a straight answer I haves tried to get my $599 back. No answer.
They are liars and criminal. Total SCAM ARTIST.

I am filing this complaint due to a consistent pattern of poor service and failure to deliver on the terms of my home warranty contract.
1. Unresponsive Customer Service: I have repeatedly called Premier Home Warranty and been unable to reach a representative. When I requested a supervisor call me back, no call back was ever made. This has happened on multiple occasions.
2. No Contractor Network: When I filed a claim for a plumbing issue, the company was unable to locate a single contractor willing to perform the work. I was told this was because contractors in my area refuse to work with Premier Home Warranty due to non-payment. I was left to resolve the issue myself and received no reimbursement.
3. Inadequate Reimbursement: My dryer, approximately four years old, stopped working. Premier Home Warranty offered only $145 toward replacement/repair, which was nowhere close to the actual cost of resolving the issue.
4. Misleading Sales Practices: The sales process painted a very different picture than what I experienced after purchasing the warranty. I was promised comprehensive coverage and support, but in practice the company does not honor claims in a reasonable or fair way.
Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full review of my claims history, fair reimbursement for the plumbing and dryer issues, and a formal response addressing the lack of customer service follow-through.

This company is a complete money grab, SCAM. On 3/23 I put a claim in for a faulty garbage disposal. FPHW said that they would refund me $150 for the item after 45 business days. The initial contractor that came to t/s the disposal said that First Premier Home Warranty was the worse company he ever dealt with, that they never answer the phones and never pay up.
After the 45 business days, I’ve contacted FPHW over 10x - I’ve been given canned statements that the check will be mailed out in 2 more days to now the check has been mailed out (it’s a different excuse every time I call). This has been going on for 2 months. I highly doubt I’ll ever get a refund. This company is can be summed up in 2 words …. Thieves and Liars.
If you’re lol g to sign up for a Home Warranty Company DO NOT give First Premier Home Warranty your business.

This company is a joke sit on hold for 20 minutes twice just to be disconnected. Denied a claim on a leaking faucet. What will they cover?????

F.P. was unable to provide repairs on a +$1500 dishwasher, so they offered (and I accepted) $250 for an appliance pay-out. It has been over 3 months and despite numerous calls, they have not yet paid, nor have they attempted to contact me to make things right. I feel they misled me during the "sales pitch", saying F.P. would repair, or even replace unit with a one of equal quality. Neither one happened. Had I known of their propensity to mislead, I never would have signed on with them. It is a 6-year contract that I paid over $2,100 for. After less than 2 years, if I were to cancel the policy, they would only refund approx. $450. What an absolute rip-off! I will NEVER do business with them again, or recommend them to anyone.

First Premier Home Warranty is nothing but a con game , they make themselves sound so wonderful but they will never pay off on a claim

The problem was in trying to send the payment to your company. Fix that!

I purchased a Platinum Plan after being promised electronics coverage and told I could cancel for a refund if I was not satisfied. The electronics coverage was missing, and the representative admitted in writing that he forgot to add it.
I canceled within 30 days, filed no claims, and used no services. Although their contract provides a full refund within that period, they canceled my policy but refused to refund my money and mentioned an “unbinding fee.”
I had to file a BBB complaint just to ask them to honor their own agreement. Misleading promises, incomplete coverage, and terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

This company is horrible!!!! They called me everyday, several times a day to pressure me to buy a plan. After getting the plan, they denied evey AC claim!! Even the things the plan should have covered. They put me on hold for 30min to an hr every time I called!!!
They covered my microwave but it took them 45 days to send a check, then they sent less than half of what the microwave costs!!!

Where do I start with these clowns, they kept charging after I canceled and then told me I have to cancel again and made the process impossible. Plus, they're rude, they routinely cut me off and hang up on me. I had to waste a lot of time changing my bank account and disputing their charges. Also, real unoriginal redundant tacky ahh name.

Refuse to pay on a claim that was approved by their own staff. The company is poorly run, no ownership or accountability by anyone and zero concern for their clients. They even completely disregarded BBB and still NEVER paid me what I'm owed. So obviously, they can now keep the $140 they owe me. Apparently, NONE of them are intelligent enough to understand that negative reviews will loose more customers than positive reviews will ever gain. So my mission continues.....to let them have the "win" of keeping what they owe me while I continue to slander their name by simply reporting the truth.
