I'm noticeably stronger and it feels good!
I'm a fan of Fit Feels Good programs. It had me lose weight and keep it off after trying other programs that didn't do either. I did the first roll out of SAF this fall and I've continued to do weights twice a week. I believe it's really important to keep bones and muscles healthy, especially for post menopausal women (I'm 56). I'm noticeably stronger and it feels good!
Supportive & Flexible
The support and adaptability are amazing. I appreciated the various options for different levels in fitness and also different preferences and needs for meals. The encouragement is unmatchable. The team believes in you, which helps you believe in yourself!
So effective and helpful, I gifted it to my daughter
I appreciate that it's a comprehensive program that evolves because they learn from their community. It's been over a year since I first joined, and I have new recipes and strategies in my life. I am stronger and more focused and resilient. I enjoy the workouts and have recently incorporated their strength training. I shared the Get Better In December program with my daughter so that she can benefit from this excellent program. This is how I know they listen to their community. They have simplified the recipes while keeping the healthy principles beneath them. The Fit Feels Good moderators and community share their experiences and expertise with vulnerability and humility (and humour!). Their strength and resilience is inspiring. I feel stronger, and I want that for my daughter.
Love everything about FFG Product line!
Love everything about how this program combines fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness in a way that meets people where they are. No need for gyms, just the most amazing, supportive group of humans on the internet, methods that work, and real people seeing results they can own and be proud of. I find new ways to integrate practices and information continually and love that they also helped make a plant based diet the most delicious thing ever!
Loving My New Habits
Taking 28 days to create new habits has left me 10 lbs lighter, MUCH stronger, and excited about eating yummy nutritious food every day. The true key for me is Sunday food prep to set myself up for success each week. I have never felt so good!

I have just completed the 28 Day Transformation again, and it was just as amazing as the last time I participated. I feel stronger and also more confident with my meal planning, it was the reset that I needed!
28 day transformation 20/10
The meals are delicious and not difficult to prepare. The workouts are fun, effective and at 3 times a week for half an hour, possible to incorporate into daily life. The engagement in the facebook group and the daily emails are very motivating. Everything is organised to maximise the chances of success. I lost 12,5lbs and 14" during the program. I am more energetic, fitter and very optimistic about my future weight loss and fitness plan. Highly recommend.
Simple & effective - no excuses!
I hate hit roadblocks with trying to workout & healthy food ideas & motivation - this program helped kick start it all - delicious food, help with planning & short impactful workouts. I lost inches from stodgy places & gained inches in muscle , my clothes feel lose & I feel less bloated. The energy & support is contagious. New habits formed . I also managed to keep to the program while away from home helping with family caring. Simple & effective.
Everything just "clicked"
I looked around for too many years for the perfect diet but they all seemed one-sided or focused on only eating a certain way, eliminating whole segments of foods I enjoy. I really wanted one that I felt I could easily follow for all the rest of my life and be as healthy as possible. When I came across Oonagh's book and the 28-day transformation program everything just "clicked"! This is a way of living my best life, feeling great and eating delicious whole foods which make me feel so energized. I was looking for a diet but found SO MUCH MORE! I encourage everyone to at least try it and see for yourself how a few small, simple changes can lead to great results!

I just finished the 28day-Transformation. I liked that it was all laid out and didn't take much time. The recipes were easy and tasted really good and the workouts helped me get fitter. Now I've got a healthy routine and am on my way.

Worth it.
I recently completed the 28-day program and followed the food plan, and I’m honestly amazed at how much I enjoyed it. I usually hate exercising, but the workouts were actually fun and manageable — I found myself doing more than I expected and even lost weight along the way. The food plan was simple to follow, and having everything laid out took away the stress of figuring out what to eat.
One of my favorite parts of the program was the accountability. The Facebook group was incredibly motivating and supportive, and it made a huge difference in keeping me on track. Overall, the program was definitely worth the investment. It’s helped motivate me to start building long-term habits, and I felt confident enough in the results to sign up for the full year. Highly recommend!

The Real Deal
Oonagh and team are the real deal. They provide a great structure to follow and tons of guidance and resources. I was amazed at the difference in my before and after photos from the 28 Day Transformation - so much bloating and inflammation is gone from my body. I feel great and am looking forward to rolling into the MFA program.
Great foundation for being healthy
The exercises were great. I wasn't expecting an elimination diet though. There were some really good recipes, but many that were not for me either because of the ingredients or lack of flavour, not enough protein or variety. The program lays a great foundation for healthy eating and exercise. The meal plan and prepping is fantastic and really makes a difference. The support is good too.
Great results
I like that you can use the meal.plan and not worry about what exercise video to use. The app is very easy to follow. After the 28nday transformation, my husband lost 9 lbs and 2 inches in his weight. He was eating what I cooked.
Try It, You'll Like It!
I tried this after a friend did it and had great results. This plan really does have everything you need to succeed. Literally all you need to do is show up. They provide menus and grocery lists, workouts with modifications if you need them. Then there is the support and encouragement of the Fit Feels Good community. You really do feel good, no matter you level of fitness at the start, you will feel empowered and stronger at the end.
So grateful for all that I have learned during this 28 Day Transformation.
