The ordering process was very smooth and the delivery was super fast. The medicine is very well packed, each vial comes inside little plastic containers to avoid breaking, I loved that! Only downside the medicine was not so cool anymore, maybe if they'd switch to little foam coolers the medicine would be conserved cool longer. I've received other medicine before in those. I will update when I start the treatment to see how it goes

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their advertising was extremely misleading. When they charge you the monthly fee they quickly add on other charges for additional services that are hard to opt out of. Instead of letting you approve the charges they automatically charge you. There is no summary of added services before or after you are billed so you better be very careful in what they are tricking you to buy. It feels like they are more focused on making a sale than delivering value to their product. Customer service is responsive but I’ve had to go through 3 different people just to fight for a refund of services I’ve NEVER wanted or agreed to. I wanted a weight loss app that was affordable and helped me, but instead I was charged 3x as much as I should have been. I would strongly caution others to read all fine print and consider other options ma before doing business with them.

I'll list the good things first:
good: 1. Refill occurs easily and promptly
2. pharmacy does a good job of quickly processing the order
3. the Tirzepatide comes with plenty of accessories - alcohol wipes and needles with good instructions

The not so good:
1. The product arrived completely warm for the 2nd time - From what I've read it should be kept refrigerated or cool to ensure maximum potency and freshness. This is why i gave only 3 stars this time.
2. the price increased $50, which was because the first order i received had a signup discount that I didn't understand about - maybe this was my oversight - but it was a surprise never the less.

I had issues with ai but they were quickly resolved.

Im very upset and frustrated with FitFlow. I signed up and somehow got wrongfully charged for an addtion to the pma i did not authorize nor want. I contacted customer service and they said they can't refund me. Now I have 2 charges from them and I haven't even used the service. I've asked for full cancelation on all service that were elected and wrongfully elected. If this is how this company operates by stealing from customers. Then I want no part of it.

I’ve previously had issues getting companies like this answer my inquiries. The customer support email responds super quickly! I recommend to anyone looking for guidance in this realm.
