Great click and collect service
Bought 2 x 2.5kg weights. Competitively priced and was notified that they were ready for collection within an hour of completing the order. On arrival at the warehouse there was no waiting around.

Fast, friendly and in stock.
I've been waiting for months at two different online fitness shops to buy a barbell and some plates. I bumped into Fitness Hero and they had everything I wanted in stock. I ordered during the Xmas holidays but as soon as the public holidays were done, I received notification that morning my equipment was ready for pick-up. Friendly service on site and good quality equipment. I'll be back.

Great customer service
After late delivery and some concerns over the quality of my dumbbells, the guys at Fitness Hero emailed me confirming they had changed their supplier and offered to exchange the dumbbells.
I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome with the excellent quality in the new pairs of dumbbells plus an additional pair of 7KG DBs I picked up on site on the day.
The customer service was excellent, the quality of the gear is excellent and I'll be back for more.

I am sorry to hear you had an issue with the products you received. We accept that the delivery was too long, unfortunately part of the order was a pre order item and almost all of our shipments have been delayed due to several reasons out of our control. We always try to keep customers up to date as much as possible, and refunds are always offered.
In regards to the different handles on the dumbbells. We have switched suppliers over the last few months to improve the quality of the products we are selling, we have noticed issues previously with certain products so we sourced a better supplier. Unfortunately it would appear there was some crossovers on some items.
We were not made aware of this issue with your order, had we been notified we could have rectified the problem and swapped them for the new range. We are still happy to exchange any of the products you are not happy with.

I hope you are well. I am a little upset that you felt the need to leave a 2 star review following the purchase.
The item you ordered was a pre order item and the eta is only estimate and unfortunately the world right now is in the midst of a shipping crisis. We have tried to be as honest and transparent as possible. The container of dumbbells has not even arrived to us yet, it is due today and we are sending it out within an hour of us receiving the order. We are and have been doing all we can to get orders to customers as quickly as we can.
Unfortunately a lot of the delays are out of our control and we have to be patient, we can offer a full refund if you would prefer not to wait as we have offered previously.
Feedback like this can be very damaging to a small business and we are working as quickly and as hard as we can.
