Even during COVID-19, I still managed to get my order within 2 weeks

I was forced to travel to collect my equipment after trying an inifinte number of times to email and call to talk to someone. On collection you did have in stock what i ordered and offered a cheaper alternative without having fixed up the difference in price. When i returned home some equipment of my order had not been supplied and i have not been able to speak to someone to resolve this. I intend to report to the onbudsman unless this can be resolved and will dispute the payment through paypal. I appreciate this is an unusual time we are all faced with but the customer service was particularly poor given the only interaction with the website was to increase prices on equipment.
No problems with the equipment quality.

I have heard nothing from the company since my original order. I have tried to contact them numerous times to find out when due to be delivered, but no answer to my many phone calls and no response to emails. While I recognise this period of high demand, they need to provide a level of customer support for assurance. While I am hopeful I receive the goods for which I have paid at some time, I have a feeling that I may have lost my money...

Worst service ever. They don’t respond to calls nor emails and available stock is not reflected on the website so you pay for something they don’t even have in stock!!!! Totally dodgy. Buy from another company who appreciates your business.

Don’t buy from them. They take your money, close their phone lines & don’t respond to emails. I still haven’t received my products for which I’ve paid, it’s now been weeks.

I understand that covid has affected business and things might take a bit longer but I can't get through on the phone to find out what's going on with the product.

No response from sellers. Still not receive my item from them.No management skills.

Well basically at this stage I have zero confidence I will get what I paid for. No answer to phone. No answer to email. No indication that my order is being processed. Fair enough if you can't answer every general query but you gotta respond to those who have paid money. If there were zero stars I would have given that.

Still waiting on an update about when the product will be shipped. Feels like they don't have the stock to fulfill the order and are keeping my money. Would just appreciate being kept in the loop, not that hard really.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order a week ago, cash was taken from my account on the same day but haven’t heard from them since. Have tried calling numerous times each day, as well as emailing directly and via the website and they still haven’t replied. Would never purchase from them again.

Terrible service!!!!! No reply of emails, phone calls or messages. No update on order!!!! I still don’t know what’s up and my money has certainly been taken!

After emailing twice to find out where my order is, and have called over 50 times, I have had NO response or NO update on my order. I understand its a hard time at the moment although they had 'stock available' on the items I ordered, and I have had no email response advising of any delays or anything. Still no update, not sure if they have taken money and closed. Any update would be appreciated so we know if we have to go buy elsewhere.

No one is picking up the phone and the voice mail is full so no messages can be left behind.

I haven't received my package. Emails ignored and phone line is constantly unavailable.

Didn’t meet expectations, took money for a product that was sold out

Order was cancelled due to stock issues. Why sell something you dont have.

Very bad took my money. NO email response. NO return phone call. And no equipment that I purchased.

I ordered the 60kg rubber coated dumbbells on the 16th of march and paid for it. 12 days later, I went to pick up my order to find that the warehouse manager telling me that they don't have stock!!!!
It was to late to order from somewhere else coz everyone was out of stock. I'm so angry about that because they don't have my order and they wasted my time and chance to purchase from another supplier!

You pay the money and never hear from them again. Scam company
