They had no stock of an item, didn’t indicate this on the website and took my money when I pressed purchase for that item. A week later I was told the item was out of stock and that there would be a 2-3 week wait for it to be restocked.

Absolutely hopeless. Would have given them 0 stars if that were an option... It has now been 5 business days (7 days total) since I placed the order and transferred the purchase price in full, and I have still not received an email confirming receipt of payment or that the order has been shipped.

Even more concerning is that it has now been 3 days since, having already failed to reach them on the phone, I emailed their sales team requesting and update; and I’ve still not received any response. I’ve now had to email their sales team twice, and have called their sales phone line over 80 times in the past 4 days, without a single call being answered!

Absolutely appalling, and almost certainly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There are now a growing number of negative reviews of this business appearing online, indicating that they are treating all their customers in this way across the board. Don't waste your money; you won't get anything in return for it.

Hopeless service, orders are in stock when ordered. On pickup they sell it to somone else and make you wait for your items.

Placed an order and transferred 4 days ago, still no response. Call goes straight to voicemail and they have not responded to emails. Seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company and the false nature of their claims of having 'in stock' items when they are actually out of stock. As of today their website is no longer functional. If you go onto their website you will see one image file, a screenshot of what the website homepage normally resembles, clearly a cheap way for them to run away from their obligations and customers.

They better lift their game in the next coming days.

Placed order and received confirmation but no further information regarding shipping. Have emailed, sent message via messenger and Instagram and have rung all morning to not have call answered or be able to leave message. Not confident that will ever receive goods and feel as though this is a scam company

It has been impossible reaching them. I have called over 10 times, they only picked up once and even then they only asked me to call back (which I did and they did not pick up).
They have not responded to any of my emails.
I do not believe that they have any intention of providing me with my order. I would not shop here, you will likely not get what you have ordered.

No response. Says orders will be shipped? You'd have to respond to ship them.

Ordered a week ago, have received confirmation but not no dispatch email. I appreciate it has been hectic recently, but I have tried calling and sending emails and in both instances have received no response. Message on their website is also unclear as to whether confirmed orders will still be dispatched.

Good product at a good price. Would have been 5 stars but they didn't send me an email when dispatched. Luckily at home to accept delivery.

Don't answer telephone, don't return calls or emails. Cancelled order before it was sent.
They claim they did not receive calls , messages or emails.

Placed my order last week on-line, parcel arrived on Sunday 2/12/18. I have dealt with this company before, prices are very competitive and service is great. I would recommend this company to everyone.
