I ordered my wife's fitbit 2 on the 8 th of decemeber as fitness digital were advertising it in stock, they took full payment , but have had no update from them even though I have emailed several times, after a week I'm onow convinced they aren't even a company just a huge con before before Christmas, on ever email iv listed my order number 939661 and still have had no contact

### answer ##### I have contacted you several times by the messenger page on the website, it's 13.19 now you emailed me at 12.40 over a week after I ordered, when I ordered it it said IN STOCK , now you're out of stock, I would like a full refund, as I found it elsewhere

I have read the reviews prior to making an order. But my order is a fitness bike, some-what a larger item than the ones on reviews.
However, it is now 9 days after placing my order and fitness digital has picked up the full payment for the goods, I cannot even get any response on what is happening, whether these goods will ever be delivered or when.

THIS IS NOT GOOD NEWS.
I should have been warned.

Fitness Digital, what are you playing at. You either trade as a good company or not.

I read the earlier reviews after having made my first order, for a Polar Heart Rate Monitor, with Fitness Direct. Having read the reviews I felt somewhat apprehensive. But the order arrived the next working day, as promised, and I'd been able to track its progress from Spain with DHL. As the monitor was much cheaper that I could find elsewhere, I'd like to express my satisfaction with their service.

I bought a Jawbone up with a wrist strap. Strap broken within weeks.
Customer service tried to get me to contact manufacturer direct (looks like recurring theme ). Then they want £12 to pick product up so they can send to manufacturer, this is more than product worth (but it's the principle) and is irrelevant as i an entitled to straight refund or replacement.
Will ditch their offer and buy a new one elsewhere and will not be using them again.

I bought an UP2 jawbone band in late December. It developed problems within a month - not syncing at first, and then not holding charge. I have emailed customer services- there's no phone number, which should have been a warning sign! No response whatsoever. AVOID
UPDATE: After trying to shrug off responsibility by trying to get me to talk directly to Jawbone, they finally accepted that under EU consumer law the SELLER not the MANUFACTURER is responsible if they sell faulty goods. They replaced the item - but the new one is also faulty! Has completely stopped charging after just a couple of weeks. So I'm back to the miserable business of trying to get them to respond to email - at this stage I simply want a refund, not another, probably faulty, replacement. Obviously Jawbone products also suck - but I can only emphasise - AVOID THIS SELLER.

Bought two items from them - delivered OK (from Spain) but one was faulty. They seem to view themselves as exempt from UK Consumer law and make things up as they go along! Insisted I would have to return item to manufacturer and not to them which is totally incorrect. Now that they have stopped communicating altogether! I am left with a non functioning item and a retailer who isn't interested - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Poor communication. Delivery said 24 hours. Ordered Friday, I was supposed to receive Tuesday - it didn't arrive. DHL said they' attempted delivery on the Weds - I was in the whole day and there was no knock at the door. Ended up cancelling order because of poor service.
