Really helpful professional advice from Adam ensured I chose the right treadmill for me. Great value and terrific service. I’d highly recommend Fitness Marketplace to anyone looking for expert help, competitive pricing and friendly service.

Purchased treadmill at a great price. Unit was delivered by an excellent courier. Set up the unit and had a slight issue with it. I called up and went through fault finding which didn’t clear issue. On the same day, Adam arranged an engineer to attend and he stripped down the unit and replaced a failed component. Engineer was very diligent and checked all calibrated. Excellent service and will now be my go to for new equipment and servicing.

UPDATE: Following my initial post, the company reached out to resolve the situation and has arranged to replace the bike entirely. While the initial defect and delay in communication were disappointing, I appreciate them taking responsibility and resolving the issue.

delivery was very quick, the bike arrived pre-assembled, and the price was lower than market value.

I purchased a Reebok i-Bike just two weeks ago, and it has already developed a loud, persistent knocking sound in the crank drive every time I pedal. A brand-new piece of fitness equipment shouldn't be malfunctioning or failing after only 14 days of light use.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I emailed their support team days ago regarding a warranty repair or replacement, and I have received zero response.

Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the non-existent customer support. I will not be buying from this brand again unless this issue is resolved immediately.

I bought a returned treadmill from these guys and had a great experience. They communicated on the phone / text to ensure I understand the scuffs on the machine and assured me it was all working perfectly. I’m pleased to say that after a month of hitting it hard it’s brilliant. No issues at all.

Excellent company to deal with. Have just had a Proform CSX 325 delivered this morning, bought a returned one as I didn’t want to assemble it myself. Not a mark on it and half the price of a new one at other places, am absolutely delighted.
The service was flawless from start to finish, lovely staff and delivered exactly on time.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I bought an elliptical cross trainer from them back in July this year, unfortunately I struggled with the weight of the fly wheel. After contacting them and speaking with Adam, he was amazing! Adam offered me a choice of brand new replacements with lighter fly wheels at no extra cost except a small fee for delivering my new one and collecting my used one. Adam was so understanding and was adamant that something could be sorted out. It is very rare to get this kind of customer service nowadays I would not hesitate to buy again from them.

I bought a new treadmill £150 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. It seemed a bit to good too be true and I had some doubts immediately after I placed the order, however I got a call the next day advising when it would be delivered by. It arrived on schedule and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love my new Echelon bike and so happy to get it for such a great price. The communication from Fitness Marketplace is excellent; I was contacted by text to confirm my order and touch base and then received a call to arrange delivery. My bike had a small issue with one of the sensors; Adam looked into it for me and just went ahead and arranged for a swap, which happened the next day! Highly recommend this company; the personal touch is what really makes the difference, along with the super prices!

Actually bought my NordicTrack x22i treadmill from them (Adam) in late December 2021. (date on here has to be within 12 months) A few initial difficulties wrt stock were soon resolved and I've been extremely happy with the treadmill overall. Not entirely sure why Hamilton (being in Scotland and far closer than many parts of England) requires the extra delivery charge but I would recommend fitnessmarketplace wholeheartedly. Friendly and helpful with excellent deals.

Wanted a new exercise bike so contacted the fitness marketplace spoke to both Matt and Adam both the guys were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the options available so I ordered an Nordictrack i22 Matt offered to deliver it Birmingham for me when they arrived they were happy to take the bike upstairs to the bedroom for me during my dealings with them they couldn’t do enough for me delighted with the service and the end product

Got a treadmill at a great price. Ordered on Monday, sent an email to enquire about delivery and Matt rang me to say they could deliver on Friday.
The lads who delivered it were great, plugged it in and gave a demonstration.
Along with tips for running a marathon!

Received an exercise bike yesterday which I ordered recently. I didn't wait too long for delivery and the courier was very good at communicating. The bike is in excellent condition and really pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend.

I'd like to thank Adam and his team for the fantastic service given to me regarding the purchase of a Squat machine, repair parts for my Nordic Track cross trainer (also purchased from fitness marketplace) and some weight plates. Nothing was too much trouble for them in assisting me, including sending a video of the new machine and talking me through it.
Living in the wild west of Wales delivery is always an issue but it was sorted quickly and efficiently, the delivery driver (Steve) couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks Steve.

I bought the Nordic Tracker NS10 cross trainer from Fitnessmarketplace to help me lose weight and improve my exercise during the winter months.

The service was excellent and advise on details for a machine that would hold my weight. As I live in Devon they explained the courier service to get it delivered and timescale which was spot on.

I have had the machine 9months and it has been excellent, well built, sturdy and reliable, just what I needed and with regular use I have lost 8 stone in this time.

It took a while to find the right machine and company but I am so pleased that I used Fitness Market place and got this particular Nord Tracker.

Very well informed,pleasant and great prices. Bought a better model rowing machine than I went for and am delighted with it. There was no pressure to buy and they wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase

I bought a a few things from Fitnessmarketplace, absolutely brilliant service, Great communications, Adam straight away organised communciations with Whatapp and agreed delivery. He delivered first thing in the morning and lifted quite a lot of equipment into our cellar. Quality also very good. Look forward to getting more equipment in the near future
