I recently bought a new screen for my S22i from Fitness Marketplace and couldn’t be happier with the service. Adam kept me updated throughout, had an issue with the fist screen but Adam sorted the problem out straight away.
The price was amazing—much better than any other company I looked at. Delivery was super quick, arriving within two days.
The personalised service really stood out, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Fitness Marketplace to anyone!

Can't recommend Fitness Marketplace UK enough.
I ordered the ProForm Tour de France 10.0 exercise bike through EBay. Brilliant bike but it developed a fault.
I contacted Fitness Marketplace and Adam (a name you will come across a lot) answered the phone (9am). I explained the problem and Adam said he would call me back with a solution.
Adam phoned back around 15:30 and the problem was solved.
The whole process was quick and made extremely easy, the outcome better than expected. Thank you.

I contacted Adam at Fitness Marketplace a week ago as our previous exercise bike (which was several years old), had developed a fault. Despite this not being bought from them (we bought it used from eBay) Adam and his team went out of their way to help and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the fault and suggest a fix. When it became clear that it couldn’t be economically repaired, we had no hesitation in going back to Adam and Fitness Marketplace to purchase a new machine. As we are fairly local, they welcomed us to visit the showroom and advised us on a suitable alternative. 4 days later, Adam personally delivered our brand new NordicTrack which is now up and running and we are absolutely delighted with the service and product. I have no doubt that if we do encounter any issues in the future, Adam and the team will do their very best to resolve the problem. Great to see that we still have companies that don’t just “sell boxes” and are always accessible to take a call. Keep up the excellent work and it’s been a genuine pleasure dealing with you!

Fantastic company who goes above and beyond to help, in particular Matt. Bought a machine off them following being critically ill in a coma in 2023, on the advice and recommendation of the physio who was treating me when I woke up. Unfortunately I wasn’t quite over the illness as much as I thought and went straight back into hospital before I’d even tried the bike. 2024 and I set the machine up again and unfortunately had an issue with it, way out of the warranty period but Matt couldn’t have been more helpful, after what can only be described as a nightmare 12 months I didn’t need an expensive machine becoming an unusable ornament in the house, Matt helped to ensure that didn’t happen and it’s all up and running. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again and can’t thank them enough. Take note companies, compassion, understanding and helpfulness goes a long long way ! I received first class service from this very professional and expert organisation.
From reading other reviews (and from my own experience) it's clear that the staff here pride themselves on service and aftercare.
This was really important to me as an absolute newbie to the world of exercise equipment.
The website was easy to navigate ... and helped me find the right item (a tablet holder for my Pro-Form Elliptical Trainer - which I was really struggling to source/identify the correct item). Not only did I get the exact accessory I needed, but the price was extremely competitive.
My order arrived perfectly packaged and in quick time.
Subsequently I spoke directly to Adam (as I needed some advice) and he was super knowledgeable and very responsive.
10 out of 10 from me - and I will definitely be using them again on my journey to fitness; and, naturally, I have no hesitation in recommending this great company.

Had a question about delivery before placing an order.
No response to contact form, email or through their Facebook messenger option.
Eventually got a response via the WhatsApp number asking me a question and have had no response to my reply.
Poor customer service which has made me purchase item from another company.

Had an issue with my s15 Nordic Track exercise bike (bought 18mths ago), in that the screen was frozen and wasn't going to the iFit home page.
Spoke with the team on the phone and then again via email.
The warehouse team provided a video (via email) of the action to carry out on the touch screen equipment and the process to complete the upgrade to prevent the freezing occurring again

Nordic track elite 800. Extremely pleased with both product and service.
From the moment I purchased our running machine (which was really well priced )they made every effort at a first class service. Phil the delivery driver and engineer set the treadmill up and wouldn’t leave until he had it smoothly running and set up properly. He even took our broken machine away which was a great help. As a very happy customer I couldn’t recommend enough!

They sent me a very helpful video n code generator website via WhatsApp App on how to do a system reset on my Nordicktrack s22i studio cycle n it worked! Thanks a lot.

I had a problem with my cross trainer purchased from a different company. I called Fitness Market Place after being referred by a friend.
The team could not have been more helpful, they understood the problem and offered me a solution which I willingly accepted.
Their knowledge and customer service were second to none and I highly recommend them to anyone who requires assistance with fitness equipment.

My husband found Fitness Marketplace online, when looking for a replacement console for my treadmill. Adam was extremely helpful and he located two... we bought them both (one as a spare) at a very good price. He posted them to us the next day and they arrived 2 days after that. Adam explained to my husband how to fit the console (saving us £120, as we'd lined up an engineer). My treadmill is now in perfect working order. We are very grateful customers ... thank you!

Nordic I fit bike not working unable to get anyone from Nordic uk to fix and fitness options where bike was brought from not helpful.
Searching internet come across Fitness marketplace based in Colwick. Contacted Adam and within in a couple of days Adam and Neil came and repaired lower board . Within 10 mins bike was up and running. Very nice guys , professional, efficient and highly recommend will only be using this company in future for my fitness equipment.

Adam at Fitness Marketplace must be commended highly on his excellent customer service. He delivered a replacement machine for me for one which had been damaged in an electrical surge. The replacement machine is in excellent condition and comes with a months warranty. But the very best thing about it is that when I noticed a slight wobble and rang adam up for advice he immediately took an instructional video giving very clear instructions as to how to very simply remedy the problem which only took 5 minutes. It is so refreshing to find a company that passionately cares about customer experience so I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service.
The item I ordered got lost in the post, but they replaced it very efficiently. Being able to speak to someone on the phone easily was useful and the costumer service was very good.

Purchased item online through thier website which was easy. They contacted myself within a matter of days to make arrangements regarding delivery. Explained in detail about the item and weight of it for getting access to the property. It was delivered within a week. The item was brand new and comes with a 12 month warranty.
I'd be very happy to recommend buying gym equipment from this company. I purchased a Nordic Track Vault.
