No cancellation process which is a breach of ACCC LAW.
Opportunistic time wasters.
Sent my imaginary debt of in excess of $6000 to a debt collector.
Am seeking a tribunal to finalise their rubbish treatment.
Dont follow their own procedures

I have been with Fitribe for a while now and have nothing but praise. I have had ongoing support, training plans have always been tailored for my fitness level and goals. The meal plans are great, regularly being given the option to modify meals but also having the option to swap meals out with others that have similar nutritional value. Whenever I have had a question in regards to injury, Training plans or nutritional information the team have been able to give me an informative answer and if they don't have an answer straight away they go research the topic/issue to ensure they have given the right information. It is seriously a great supportive and encouraging community

Fitribe has helped me lose over 8kgs so far and truly feel like myself again. Really love my coach as they really listen to all my needs (sometimes lots of them haha), very supportive the whole way through the program. Have had a great experience and could not recommend Fitribe more and been one of the best decisions I have made for my Health and Fitness.

This company says they offer customized training, personalized nutrition and accountability and support. They promise all sorts of services in the first call but the reality is none of it is personalized. They meals and training are just a standard template. Even though you tell them your health issues the meal plans do not take into consideration this. The training is not specific. The one on one coaching is a joke. You are asked at the beginning of the week 'what is one goal you want to achieve'. You pay nearly a $100 a week for this and good luck tryingto cancel or get out of it.
Give them a wide berth!!!!

No support and no communication. I asked for 3 weeks for someone to call me. Once she finally did she couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. I didn’t get to ask anything. Sent multiple emails and messages and took more than 48 hours to reply. I sent supportive documentation to cancel and they say not good enough.
But they are happy to take your money as I the only way I could cancel was pay them 50% of what I owed.

They don’t assist women in their perimenopause journey they claim they have experts but they have really no idea. Really overall disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had my final consultation with the CEO of the company and she very rude and aggressive. Even though in my first consultation I said I wasn’t ready to commit and looking at different. The CEO hung the video chat . With this experience I would not recommend. Their highest package is expensive and can work if you have money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They prey on the vulnerable. Harrass people, scam people for nearly $5000 for an app. No proof of the people being professionals and the same people call from multiple numbers. They will not listen to your reasons or excuses and will ghost you when you need them to cease. They got me whilst I was going through extreme stress and was highly vulnerable…..that’s how nasty they are. Be warned

I joined Fitribe back in January and have lost almost 10KG. I've really enjoyed being part of the Fitribe fitness program. It’s honestly been the one program I’ve been able to consistently stick with, and it has helped make me accountable for my own weight loss journey.

The trainers are supportive, motivating, and genuinely care about helping everyone reach their goals no matter what fitness level you start at. The workouts are challenging but achievable, which makes it so much easier to stay committed and motivated.

I’ve noticed improvements not only in my fitness and weight loss, but also in my confidence and energy levels. Highly recommend Fitribe to anyone looking for a supportive and encouraging fitness program!

The program is tailored towards women and the coaches listen and understand. I feel very comfortable using them for my weightloss and fitness journey. My coach Paige is amazing. With consistent check ins, helpful guidace, never making me feel stupid.
The app is easy to navigate, i track meals, simply, showing the macros, so no hard work. Workouts tracked and easy to follow. Body stat's, weight all well laid out.
No pressure and no extreme dieting. Meals are tailored to you and easy as. I actually feel like I will succeed long term on this programe.

I signed up to Fitribe in early January and tried to cancel within a few days due to a change in health circumstances, supported by a GP certificate.

Their contract allows termination on medical grounds with a refund (less a small admin fee capped at $75), however this was not processed.

Instead, I was offered a suspension, otherwise I would need to pay a 75% termination fee.

It has now been several months with no resolution and no refund.

I have sent multiple emails and also attempted to call the numbers that were originally used to contact me, but have not been able to reach anyone.

They have also attempted to enforce a 48-hour cooling-off period that was not clearly disclosed during onboarding or set out in the contract I was provided.

I would not have signed up if the cancellation terms had been made clear upfront.

In my experience, the service does not reflect the ~$5,000 price point.

I would strongly recommend reviewing all terms carefully before committing.
