The representative that I was placed in contact with, understood my needs and was able to come up with a more than fair solution for me and my family. I love the idea of the vibration to wake up, but we are a very heavy sleeping bunch, so the standard version did not get us moving in the morning. We will be trying the pro version and feel that it will be a much better fit for us and appreciate FitSleeps working with us to get the "right fit" :)

The fitsleeps silent alarm does exactly what I need! It's beyond easy to use, is completely reliable, and has a rather long battery life, although I've never reached the end, lol. It's surprisingly comfortable; I barely notice I'm wearing it. The design is innovative and does not feel cheaply made.

Support is very responsive as well. Solid product, solid company!

Best way to wake up ever! Guaranteed but gentle wake up. Doesn’t wake those around you. Customer service very responsive and battery life is great.

Needed a solution to wake me up but not my wife at 3:30am every morning. This soooo did the trick. I went with the FitSleeps Pro because I like the idea of the vibration being gradually stronger. I’ve had mornings where the initial lite vibration is enough..but other mornings where the vibration needed to crank a little more to get me awake. I have tested the highest level of vibration just to see what that feels like..and it’s intense enough to wake anybody. I really appreciate using the FitSleeps wristband for my new morning routine..and the critical part..waking me up!!

Bought this to avoid waking up my wife when I have to get up at 4am.

One of the FitSleep team, Lukas, was awesome, kept me updated on the delivery and it arrived in just 4 working days. He was also super quick to reply when I had a question about charging and explained everything really clearly.

I bought the standard version of the watch and it wasn't working for me and all I had to do was inform them of the issue and they had a solution right away and had no issue helping me find a solution to my issue!

Lukas helped me tremendously! I didn’t realize that I ordered a European charger instead of a United States charger, and by the time I noticed it, the package had already shipped. Thanks to the shipping department for realizing that I ordered the wrong charger and putting the correct charger in my package and thanks to Lucas, who helped me when I emailed and asked about how I go about returning the charger that I ordered to get one for the United States! I am hoping this device works well for my 19-year-old ADHD son!

Customer service and response time was amazing. I ordered the wrong charger and it was immediately addressed. I haven't received my band yet to try it out but so far I am very impressed with the company just based on this experience.

The communication was great between us and they were constantly trying to be very helpful and answer all my questions.

Overpriced junk. Cheap, poorly made device. One button interface is painful to navigate. No app, Bluetooth, or other integration. Vibration on "Pro" model was weak and completely useless. Return process was excessively difficult and I was charged nearly $20 to cover the return shipping. Do not buy this product.

I ordered the alarm and I received a confirmation email that had my name, mailing address and was sent to my email. Then two days later I received a message from fitsleeps customer service asking me for my address? Now I can’t get there service department to answer any emails or anything. They just ghost me. They got my money but they won’t give me my product or answer my email.

Really wakes me up better than the normal alarm clock , and I have early mornings wake up sometimes at 3 .00h in the morning

Não consigo desligar os alarmes e veio 2 carregadores que quis cancelar antes do envio ser feito e não o fizeram.
Ele vibra e acorda me, mas são só 3 horas então volto a adormecer. Além disse a vibração faz barulho na mesma
