Incredible concept with awesome results! Waking up timely is easier than ever with another level to the experience. It truly carries out the task. And the individualness of it all without waking anyone near you is absolutely the bestseller here. I bought the Pro version and love the added extras of more alarms and escalating intensity on pulses. I would recommend the pro without any hesitation.

My experience with FitSleeps has been great so far. Unfortunately, I had a little issue with my wrist alarm, but I contacted their Customer Suppprt Team and they immediately replied within a few hours and were very thorough during the entire process. Special thanks to Lukas who was the one that took care of me.

Customer service is top of the line with personal feedback for my specific circumstances. The fitsleep works as a perfect alternative if you don’t want to break the bank for an alarm clock.

Bought my first fitsleep few months ago and stop working few days after delivery. I reach out to Lukas for customer assistance and fix my problem fast with a new fitsleep without to much hustle. Recommend the product because of the product itself but even more for the customer service. This is rare nowadays

Watch works good to wake you bit the band is a little week

Love this alarm, I wake up gentler and start my days off on a good note rather than startled and stressed. Normally set a backup alarm on my phone but haven’t even once slept through the vibrations and am always up and about by the time my phone rings. Kind and quick to respond customer service team too!

I was recently gifted a fitsleeps alarm band and loved it from the time I started using it. It doesn't wake my wife when im getting up easier than her. It's minimalist design is perfect, just what I've been wanting. Highly recommend the product.
To add to the product is the awesome customer support. The latch just broke and once the company was notified, they immediately acknowledged the issue and offered to send un upgrades band for free.

My mornings would be a constant battle trying to wake up, not waking up, causing fights between my partner and I. I thought what the heck 100% satisfaction or send it back why not? Best “Alarm clock” I’ve ever had and it doubles as a watch lol! Gets me up on the first vibrate every time.

I placed my order for two watches and added on one waterproof feature and two chargers. After a week of waiting, my order finally shipped. I was sent two watches, not waterproofed, and one charger. This started an unbelievably frustrating series of emails back and forth with Lukas,the Customer Service associate. I was asked to send a photo of everything I received and he tried to tell me I received everything I ordered. I didn't. Then he tried to tell me the notation on the boxes were proof that they were waterproofed. There is zero notation on either box.I had to ask three times to be able to return them. They are currently attempting to get me to keep them and they'll refund me 50%. Now they want to charge me $20 to return them. This company is a complete fraud.

I didnt know there was a simple solution like this to stop oversleeping and take back control over my nights and mornings. Crazy. Easy and simple product that has made a big impact for me.

So far, my fitsleeps band is working well and waking me up. I love it!

The band works great! My only issue was with the band but with the new band design that solves my problems.

It vibrates to wake me up, I am a heavy sleeper and I definitely feel it and it wakes me up

The alarm didn’t wake me up and was about as powerful as an iPhone vibrating alarm. They sell a more expensive model, so now I can spend even more money to try that version, or accept having spent good money on a mediocre product.

After ordering my product, I realized I had clicked on the wrong type of charger. I emailed customer care, and got a very prompt, kind reply, and they fixed it for me immediately. Lukas was super helpful and efficient. Looking forward to receiving my product, and hoping the quality of the product is as good as the customer service. Thanks for the help!

Phenomenal watch. Ever since having it, I’ve never slept past my intended time to wake up. Will 100% recommend to a friend.
