A great customer focussed business
A great customer focussed business. Keith & Court at Fixabolt were really helpful, Royal Mail lost my first package (despite being 48hr tracked), and I needed the non standard stainless steel nuts and bolts to complete a job. Keith responded to my email within 10 minutes and followed up within 30 minutes after chasing Royal Mail. No joy with Royal Mail so Keith & Court offered free of charge next delivery direct to address I needed the bolts. Many thanks to Fixabolt for their generosity and great customer care. Thank you.

The only problem was the delivery time
The only problem was the delivery time.
Do not use EVRI any more ...they received the parcel Friday morning and delivered. Monday.

Hi Cristi, thank you for your valued feedback. I have had a look at your case and I see that you chose the free standard delivery option at checkout. Due to factors including parcel size and value, this parcel was sent with Evri.
You're right that there was a 1-day delay with the courier collecting the parcel, and I know it's frustrating to see delays at any stage of the delivery process. However, I'm pleased to see that your order still arrived within 2 working days after being advertised as 2-5 working days for your free delivery option.
We know that our customers rely on us to avoid delays in their projects, so we take our commitment to on-time deliveries extremely seriously.
An example of this includes upgrading deliveries to express services if ever there are despatch delays which could put any orders at risk of arriving late. While it looks as though your order was treated with the same care to get it to you 1 working day after collection, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the initial delay.
