Ordering was easy and bolt turned up relatively quickly. Wrong bolt for me and no response to my email ask8ng for advice.

My First Order
I found the ordering process easy to use and even though there was a delay I was promptly informed and kept up to date regarding the order. I would surely use Fix a bolt again.

Wrong bolt
I ordered a long fully threaded 10 mm bolt.
I was sent one with only 35 mm thread length.

I see that you ordered an M10 x 200mm socket head cap screw. These are not fully threaded and there is no suggestion that they are on our website.

Couldn’t get this anywhere else
I had tried for weeks to find a particular bolt in shops but found fixabolt online and they had exactly what I needed. Quick delivery too.

Excellent company to deal with. Whilst my (odd) selection of bolts were not all in stock the company kept me completely informed and gave me a number of options re staging delivery etc. Will definitely give the company my business again.
