Alex and James- wow!! When you talk about customer service both Alex and James when above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Communication is key when you loose your car because I hit a deer. Learning to live without a car for everything was made easier by being informed every step of the way. I can’t thank you both enough and would rate this service 100%

The Customer service team were helpful and thoughtful throughout my contact with them. I had damaged a complete wing mirror with electric controls plus the cover/casing. The two component parts had to be ordered from outside the UK and it was explained from the outset that it there is currently a delay in obtaining some parts. I was updated by phone and once all the parts were available, a convenient date for the work to be done was booked. I have reduced mobility and was offered both a lift home and had my car delivered to me once my car was repaired. The work was completed within the day and the technician(s) in the workshop did an excellent job. I also received an unexpected complimentary car wash. I would highly recommend the Bury St Edmunds team.

Repair work itself was very good but …
Repair work itself was very good. However, the car was not cleaned (especially inside) after the repair job was completed. 1x screw was found on front passenger’s seat and I do not know where the screw is missing from, I hope not from a part that may compromise safety.

Good workmanship
Said it could be done in a week, and then said not possible, which would have caused a problem. However they said they would try and it did happen. The repair work is excellent.

Great customer service, very helpful.
My car went in for door repairs, I live about 45 mins away so they offered to collect my car and drop off a courtesy car which was extremely helpful. I was notified every step of the way, the work was done in a week. Very thorough and precise. Great place would recommend.
