Great customer service! My Kia was repaired after a contact with a metal post in a car park. The repair itself was quite straightforward but sourcing the parts caused some delay due to Kia stock issues. There was very good, friendly communication throughout.

I have had my car repaired by Fix Auto in Bury st Edmunds after a coalition with another vehicle, the repair has been completed to a high standard. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs although, they did have some issues in obtaining the parts required, which extended the time frame from rwo weeks to six. But overall a very satisfactory outcome. We'll done fix Auto.

Really helpful and polite staff. Plenty of correspondence, however trying to send photos via email did cause a few problems. Really easy process when dropping off and collecting, and no problem with the hire vehicle. Definitely recommend
