Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Derby Avis 81

Terrible company! They have kept my partners car for 3 weeks for only a bumper respray as they keep getting staff calling in ‘sick’… they firstly gave us a courtesy car that stunk of cigarettes and had obviously previously been crashed as the screenwash hose had been broken and had scruffs all on the bumper that they tried to blame my partner for!! The courtesy car also had a punctured tyre!!
Which shows they dont even look after their own cars to a high standard!!
The staff are very rude, calling my partner up and shouting at her and being very obnoxious!
The car was meant to be fixed within 3/4 days yet its still with themselves 3 weeks later and are refusing to give the car back even though they have stated the respray is apparently finished…
Definitely not a place we would recommend to anyone ever!!

Insurance work completed. Work was done to a good standard. The lad who works on the desk is very polite and helpful. They kept me updated at all times. Valeted the car which they didn’t need to do.

Good experience and great service with the repair and communication

One of the worse Garage in derby I had a really bad experience they took almost 2 months to repair my bumper staff was very nasty and rude no one answer the phone each time I called them staff was telling me different stories about my car they don’t even know what are they doing

Kept upto date & sorted the car so it didn’t have to come back to me & be picked up by motability as I am no longer able to drive

The lads were excellent, from start to finish, looked after me,car in excellent condition after repair, full valeted too,customer service above an beyond, kept me up dated, (as i was in hospital),come to the hospital, to get hired car keys,took my car home,(due to hospital admitted, pneumonia)..

Friendly helpful

From picking my car up to dropping off at my address the whole procedure was worry free. I was kept up to date on my car they did a fantastic job. It came back clean and shiny. 100percent perfect service the team were very polite and couldn’t help enough.

From start to finish an excellent job carried out by really professional and helpful people Being an older lady they were very patient with me when I was anxious. As to the work its of an exceptionally good standard. The car they loaned to me was very well kept, clean, and fueled and the driver explained all I needed to know about its usage, a lovely Yaris. The work was also carried out in a timely manner too and returning my car was mutually arranged. I really felt cared about as a customer by this group of professionals. Many thanks.

Very helpful staff when ringing the office, understand they are very busy but calls always returned when promised. Liked the online progress report you could check daily. Excellent service with delivering courtesy car and pick up when our car returned.
