Although it took a bit of time to do the repair due to staff shortages, the two bodywork repairs that were doing were superb and my car was returned to me in an A1 condition - it looked like they had cleaned the inside of my vehicle.

I got looked after with a gold standard level of care. Which, I am not used to when getting you car fixed through the insurance company. Auto Technics were brilliant. Very friendly, incredible helpful and kept me UpToDate at every step of the way. These folks take what they do seriously and it really shows. The staff are very nice people.

Car Got Better
Repairs were done through the other drivers insurance company after they caused minor damage to my car. Fix Auto collected my vehicle and dropped it back, all better again. No complaints with their work or customer service.

Great friendly and professional service right from the initial contact via my insurance company. Took my car in on the Friday and quoted me 10-14 days for the repairs. I drove away confidently in the courtesy car feeling it was in good hands.
Contacted on the following Wednesday afternoon telling me that my car was ready, and went over the following day to collect!
Perfect repairs and freshly valeted, very happy
