Customer service was fantastic. Priya was wonderful and very good at keeping me informed. My car is as good as new. It was returned to me in pristine condition by a very polite driver. From the first contact to the last contact with this garage the service has been 100%.

Great team, super helpful!
Priya was a pleasure from day one to deal with. Her and her team were friendly, efficient and very good at advising me and keeping me updated. I appreciated how quickly they were able do the work on my car and get it back to me in a timely manner. The man who dropped and picked up my car was super lovely too. All the work was undertaken as agreed. The staff kept me informed of progress and the car was returned before the anticipated date. All staff were professional in their approach and thorough in recording defects before the car was taken away for repair. The repairs are indistinguishable from the rest of the bodywork.

Car body work under insurance
The car was picked up and returned after the repair within the time slots as agreed, it's a great job no complaints. But you need to call to make arrangements for car pickup, although they have been informed by the insurance company that the job is coming their way.

The auto tech team was professional and, most importantly, highly responsive whenever I reached out for updates and progress reports. They did an excellent job on my car — it now looks like an upgrade! I was especially impressed by their convenient service of picking up the car from my home and returning it after the repairs. Super easy
Great work. My mum hit our car and the front wheel arch and bumper needed work. These guys kept me informed and called regularly, gave us a courtesy car and even delivered to the garage and back. Basically just sat around and waited. Great work.
