Fixings Warehouse was founded in 1992, and in 2017 we celebrated 25 years in business. Trading from a small industrial estate in rural Pluckley just outside Ashford in Kent, the business grew steadily until 2000 when it simply outgrew its premises and a second unit was opened in Ashford. A new flagship store at the top of nearby Charing Hill was opened in 2002 and was followed by a branch in Maidstone in 2005 which has now moved to larger premises in Aylesford. Servicing both trade and retail customers, Fixings Warehouse staff have full training and in-depth product knowledge. You can browse the products before you buy, as stock is not hidden behind a trade counter. However if you are outside of our catchment area we are very happy to take either website or telephone orders which if placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day.

Exceptional Customer Service Every Time
I can't recommend Fixings Warehouse in Charing highly enough. Every visit has been a great experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help, whether you're after a single fixing or advice on the right product for a bigger project.
Their range of stock is excellent, with quality products at very competitive prices, and they always seem to have exactly what I need. The service is fast, professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
It's refreshing to deal with a local business that genuinely values its customers. If you're looking for tools, fixings, or building supplies in the Ashford area, this is the place to go. Fantastic service, great prices, and a team that really knows their stuff. Highly recommended – 5 stars!

Super customer service
Very impressed with this company. The light bulbs arrived well packed in original packaging. Speedy delivery with a nice thank you note and ginger biscuits! Will use again when I need more bulbs.

Nothing was too much trouble
I was trying to find a particular electrical screw and had driven to practically every DIY store in Kent with no luck. I was then told to try Fixings Warehouse in Ashford. They did not sell exactly what I wanted but spent time and effort finding me a perfect substitute. How nice to find a store that takes trouble to help you out of a fix,and all done with a smile!
