Fixings Warehouse was founded in 1992, and in 2017 we celebrated 25 years in business. Trading from a small industrial estate in rural Pluckley just outside Ashford in Kent, the business grew steadily until 2000 when it simply outgrew its premises and a second unit was opened in Ashford. A new flagship store at the top of nearby Charing Hill was opened in 2002 and was followed by a branch in Maidstone in 2005 which has now moved to larger premises in Aylesford. Servicing both trade and retail customers, Fixings Warehouse staff have full training and in-depth product knowledge. You can browse the products before you buy, as stock is not hidden behind a trade counter. However if you are outside of our catchment area we are very happy to take either website or telephone orders which if placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day.

Excellent customer service
I didn’t know this place was here. My Mum and I saw it whilst going for a walk. They had exactly what I needed (had been planning to go somewhere else) and the guy that served us was really really helpful. I popped back the next day to get more items and the same guy served me. Again really helpful and friendly. Wish I had taken his name. My family will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you!

Unbelievably good value
Unbelievably good value. This was a firm I had never heard of. The cost of deck tape was so much cheaper than anywhere else I thought that despite good reviews it might be a scam. I needn't have worried, I was emailed courier details and tracking number and was able to confirm the goods were actually on their way. I will certainly use Fixings Warehouse again

The couriers managed to burst a tin of…
The couriers managed to burst a tin of varnish within the initial packaging and repacked/boxed the remaining items minus the varnish. A call to fixings warehouse to inform them of the situation resulted in a replacement being organised immediately without the need of send photo evidence or proof. It’s a common issue apparently but the response from fixings warehouse definitely is not in my experience and puts them a class above most other stores and it’s a service hard to find. Many thanks Fixings Warehouse

My order arrived and there were a couple of items that did not match what I had requested. After contacting the customer service team this was quickly resolved and they replaced the items free of charge.
