Fixings Warehouse was founded in 1992, and in 2017 we celebrated 25 years in business. Trading from a small industrial estate in rural Pluckley just outside Ashford in Kent, the business grew steadily until 2000 when it simply outgrew its premises and a second unit was opened in Ashford. A new flagship store at the top of nearby Charing Hill was opened in 2002 and was followed by a branch in Maidstone in 2005 which has now moved to larger premises in Aylesford. Servicing both trade and retail customers, Fixings Warehouse staff have full training and in-depth product knowledge. You can browse the products before you buy, as stock is not hidden behind a trade counter. However if you are outside of our catchment area we are very happy to take either website or telephone orders which if placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day.

First time I'd used Fixings Warehouse
First time I'd used Fixings Warehouse. I was expecting next day but ordered in the morning and it was delivered just after lunch the same day. All the way from Ashford to Sevenoaks with the M20 being shut, now that's service! Delivery guy was really pleasant too. Will certainly use again.

Substitute product - good customer service response.
Easy ordering. Product arrived as expected but this was a close substitute to the specific code ordered. In most cases this would be fine but not for my particular case. Excellent and attentive customer service response to ensure that this particular issue was sorted without any customer inconvenience.
Would certainly shop with Fixings Warehouse again.

haven't used the item yet because of the weather but, if the efficiency of being informed the item has been dispatched and how quickly it arrived i do not think i will have any problems

There was an issue with the delivery
There was an issue with the delivery, not their fault but the couriers, and Fixings Warehouse sorted it out straightaway without question and arranged a replacement next day. Brilliant service, will use again. Thank you.

Great price.
Excellent price for my 5 Lt of Barn Paint. £8 less than Brewers (retail price - I know they give discounts to trade accounts) and delivery to my door.
Will use again.
