Very disappointed. DHL never bothered to turn up to collect the watch and no communication from the company as to why it wasn't picked up. I was then told I could take it to a collection point, but it may have been good to say this when requesting the service. So no collection and no repair. I would not recommend, I thought this was going to be a good service.

Excellent service from start to finish.

The fact that DHL collect from the house is fantastic.
Everything went so smoothly from collection to delivery.
I will definitely recommend fixmywatch.

Only one problem was finding out after 2 failed pickups by DHL that there is an option to leave watch at DHL PIck up shop.
Shame that's not offered right at start of process

Cannot fault this company,easy instructions to send watch, had a full service and repair and they competed all this in just over 7days. Fast returns and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend for watch repairs and service and their customer service is spot on.

Its sometime since I used Fix My Watch but this experience so far has been as excellent as the first, our local repairers take forever & I have to deliver & collect "FIX MYWATCH" do all that for me. I will use them again.
