The service was, as always, exceptional. My Tag now keeps perfect time whereas it used to lose a minute or so each day, so thank you. My watch and strap also look like brand new. I will certainly return it to Fix my Watch for the next service.

The Fixmywatch service on my 27 year old TAG watch was truly excellent.

Great to have a collection as part of the service.

My watch came back looking like new and time-set and shiny. The presentation, in a lovely velvet bag and tough card box was also really good touch. I was very impressed.

You also have a nice web site and it all looks really professional.

I love wearing the watch again now as it looks like new even though I originally got it in 1998, so it’s bit of a relic from the past.

You have a great company in this business and I hope you are able to pick up more like me with those old but lovely watches hanging about in their sock drawers. Maybe that could be a marketing message - search your sock drawer and reanimate your old friends. 😊

Overall I felt well looked after and confident in the service and my confidence was well founded.

Only comment in the negative, the process takes a longish time - approx 3-4 weeks, but not really a negative.

Of course when you are about to send off an expensive watch to an unknown company you check it out on Trustpilot. The pick up and delivery I received for servicing my Longines was excellent with impeccable customer service. Interestingly Longines were quoting me triple what I paid here.

As always a great service and very nice people to deal with. I took up the option for my TAG to have a “facelift” as well as the battery replacement and reseal. The watch looks really good; shame they can’t do the same for me ..

Brilliant. 1 week from collection to delivery of Tissot for battery replacement. Great price inclusive of collection/delivery. Lovely presentation on return. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Excellent.

The whole process from booking my watch in, to the communication about progress and prompt return was outstanding.

This was my second time using Fix My Watch, once for a new battery in my Breitling Aerospace and then for a complete service and new battery in my TAG Heuer Professional. On both occasions the service has been exemplary and the charges very reasonable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I sent my Breitling watch for a new battery and a clean, I was a little apprehensive at first as a courier was coming to collect, however I had no need to worry, it was a great service from beginning to end and it looks like new, I certainly will be using the service again.

From the moment I spoke to fix my watch the service had been excellent. Having brought another watch and had delivered by DHL I felt my watch was safe and secure, plus insured in transit.
Communication, speed, price and service just great. I got my watch back 5 weeks quicker than I had been quoted by local jewellers and £80 cheaper.

Seamless service with no extra or hidden costs. I used this company as they said they could source Breitling parts. I thought i would get "the call" that said, oh, we've found some extra issues but it never came. Watch returned in lovely packaging and working perfectly. The only criticism is that the DHL service will not let you know a rough time when picking up or dropping off, meaning someone has to be in all day for 2 days.

I came across Fix My Watch through a colleague who had used them in the past. I was a little apprehensive as I had previously been told by a local jeweller that my watch was unrepairable. I was pleasantly and happily surprised when I was told the good news that Fix My Watch could fix it!! I sent my 30 year old Citizen Eco drive watch for repair after a reputable high street dealer said it was unrepairable.
The watch has a huge sentimental value to me. Fixmywatch had a look at it, fixed it and sent it back to me, packaged like it was a Rolex.

Smooth from the word go. Fixed my wife’s Ebel Sportwave which she has worn daily for 40 yrs. good value, good communication and well presented on its return - Oh yes , and great value for money

I have used this company twice now, takes about 4 weeks turnaround, communication not the best but the quality is good. Got my watch back today and looks like new and come back with a 2 year warranty. My watch looks like new .Total cost £235 but that included DHL collection and delivery , all new parts glass and strap repair and clean plus full service and battery.
