I have used this company twice now, takes about 4 weeks turnaround, communication not the best but the quality is good. Got my watch back today and looks like new and come back with a 2 year warranty. My watch looks like new .Total cost £235 but that included DHL collection and delivery , all new parts glass and strap repair and clean plus full service and battery.

Bad customer service in terms of updates, they have had my watch two weeks and I have no idea what’s happening. My watch is very expensive and it means a lot to me. Please be aware when sending your items, I did actually think it was scam at first !!!

Great service, quite expensive, second time I gave used the company.
Good to have the items collected repaired abd delivered back and all insured too.

I was really apprehensive using this company that I found online, after doing a lot of research I decided to go ahead. There was absolutely no need for me to be concerned, my watch (Breitling super Ocean) was picked up from home for a very small charge. I had a full service which included original Breitling parts if any were needed, polish and certificated warranty. Very good price, first class company, friends and family will definitely be using this company in the future. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased. The watch didn't work when I sent it so I expected extra charges for parts. Even tho some parts were replaced (which were returned with the watch) no extra charges. What pleased me the most is the honesty.
Also the DHL pickup and drop off were flawless

This company are fantastic,I rang and spoke to one of the lovely customer service staff who arranged for my watch to be collected, I was able to track the progress of the repairing of my beloved Tag watch and it’s just arrived back today looking like new ( it’s over 30 years old ) .
I cannot recommend them highly enough, also much cheaper and easier than sending it to Tag .

I didn’t check the reviews but can honestly say that I’m glad I used this company. It was done all online firstly by entering the make ( Seiko) and then that it’s a chronograph. I was given a price which I was happy with. The price included collection and re-delivery by DHL. My watch needed parts that had to be ordered so there was a slight delay. However my watch was returned in a velvet pouch securely packed in a box in a plastic bag. The watch looks absolutely like new. So pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending this company

After reading the positive reviews for this company I sent in my Seiko for a service. Up-front quote, great communication and easy to arrange courier. Watch was returned serviced and running like new again. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Never known a company so dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, the repair to my Kyboe watch was only £50 but they treated me like my watch was a high end brand. Absolutely fabulous company and can thoroughly recommend.

Contacted this company regarding repair / servicing of my seiko divering watch. Customer service agent Jodie was great and explained the process and costs involved for their services. Arranged pick up by courier and had good communications regarding receipt of my watch. Throughout process of service I was kept informed of progress and upon payment informed re dispatch and return delivery of my watch. Watch arrived safely well packaged with repair certification and guarantee explained. All in all a great company and special thanks for Jodie and all her help

Not a very valuable watch, but one that has emotional value to me. Some of the pieces on the face had come loose, and were moving around inside the dial. Very good value service to open the watch and replace these.

Have used this Company twice now for a Breitling and a TAG battery replacement. Both times service has been fast, reliable and faultless. Watches came back quickly, beautifully packaged and looking like new. Would recommend 100%.

My wife just remarked that my watch looks new after you serviced it. And it's running perfectly too! While it took a little longer than anticipated (Cartier parts, I understand, were the cause of delay) it was definitely worth waiting for. Thank you.

My Rotary watch that my wife bought me for my sixtieth birthday started having some problems with the small dials not returning to zero. Saw the ad checked them out and sent the watch. Wow. What a service. The watch was returned in a box inside a nice pouch and a warranty certificate. It is like a new watch. So pleased that I can now wear it again.

Very disappointed. DHL never bothered to turn up to collect the watch and no communication from the company as to why it wasn't picked up. I was then told I could take it to a collection point, but it may have been good to say this when requesting the service. So no collection and no repair. I would not recommend, I thought this was going to be a good service.
