I organise the Upton Blues Festival and used FIXR this year (2025) for the first as my camping ticket partner.
Having used various companies previously I can honestly say FIXR's system is the best I have ever used. As any organiser will understand it's not until you open the gates, and get hit with the initial rush, do you really know how the checking in system will work and hold up. FIXR worked faultlessly for us, and the ability to just scan one QR code to admit multiple entries is a game changer to what I've used before.
If they'll have us, I can't ever see me switching to a different company ever again!
I have to give a special mention to MJ who was my FIXR point of contact, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble with every question I threw at her,

I purchased a ticket months prior to the event. I accidentally deleted the email that contained my ticket when doing some email cleaning. I contacted the support team and I had a replacement ticket within a few hours.
Very pleasant experience and will be a returning customer. Thank you!

When I received the ticket email from FIXR with the link to my tickets in their app, the email said there was also a PDF attached with the tickets. I didn't want another app, and couldn't see any attachment, so dropped them an email back asking for the PDF tickets. They replied straight away and were really friendly and efficient, sending the PDF through.

Great service from FIXR Amelia !
I had an issue with my purchase and Amelia sorted it all for me within a few hours!
Will definitely use again! Account set up and I know if I have any problems they will help solve the situation prompt!

I found that my ticket had been deleted from the junk folder, when I tried to find it, just before the event. The team at Fixr where excellent in getting back to me quickly and we managed to solve the issue within half a day - plenty of time to ensure I made the event.

The gig was cancelled. I emailed to ask about the refund. Was answerd promptly and was told would receive within a couple of days. Received today. Very helpful

Extremely poor, especially in 2025. If you have an issue. Tell people. Dont lie. And dont tell the vendor you have done something you haven't.
Five weeks of chasing, ending up in calls to my solicitor. Did (finally) receive a refund, but £32 short in non refunded admin and insurance costs.

Still not been refunded for RTTS tickets & doubt I ever will. Said I'd been refunded I hadn't. Said they'd had a problem refunding through PayPal (very much doubt that was true) Then wanted my bank details last week & still nothing. There's lots of us in the same boat. DO NOT USE this company.
So after I left this review they finally refunded me. Previously they ignored all my emails. So my warning still stands.
