Fksports Avis

Speedy delivery and well packaged.
Great product. Mini exercise bike was compact to store and well made. Very fair price. Would recommend......***** 5stars

Order #21528. Order delivered to wrong address. Fk sports also confirmed this. The photo for delivery of the front door is different colour to my door. The gps coordinates also show 3 different pin points non of them at my address. Again fk confirmed all this too. They keep stalling telling me to wait 24 hours then another 24 hours then another 24 hours. Waiting for dx final response. I pointed out to them they cant hold my refund to ransom waiting on dx. My contract is with them not the courier. They have confirmed and have multiple forms of evidence confirming the delievery was to the wrong address and them confirming. All the reviews are right when it comes to them not wanting to refund!! Avoid at all costs. Im going to have to go to my bank. They have no intention to refund me. They keep stalling. And stating they need to wait for dx final response. When legally no they dont. Ive pointed this out too. And again they continue to lie.

Excellent equipment i purchased a vibration plate the quality of the item is fantastic great value for money too would highly recommend I would definitely by from this company again

Simple transaction. Fast delivery best price I could find very happy with product. I've already ordered more olympic weight plates . And will be using them in the future.

Great choice at reasonable prices, the whole process from purchase to delivery was fast and efficient.

The Adjustable Foldable Workout Bench was exactly what I wanted.

Well priced 5 aerobic stepper. Delivered on time. Part damaged in transit was promptly replaced after an email request.
Will look to buy further items in the future.

Cannot rate this seller enough as they sorted out a problem with the delivery very quickly. The item did not arrive & I noticed an error on the address so I contacted the courier service to sort it out. I waited a week it then said it had been deliverd so I contacted FK sports to explain what had happend, they replied straight away & sent a replacement mat using a different courier & express delivery which i got it within two days of me contacting them. They were also very good at letting me know what was happening unlike the first courier. I highly recommend the customer service & the item which is good quality & the envy of the yoga class.

Brilliant after sales service. Responsive and solved all issues. Thanks

Happy with the weights set received. there was a bit of an issue with delivery of all the items , however the company did resolve it quickly and politely.

Amazing trampoline very sturdy and top quality

Lovely thick yoga mat that supports me well but was dirty when it arrived. Needed a good clean with antibacterial wipes before it was fit to use.

I bought Baby Swing and Play Mats which were supposed to be delivered by Yodel. Unfortunately the delivery has failed and I had to contact FK Sports directly to find a solution. The agent dealing with my case (Akash) was very professional and has resolved the issue in no time. Now, my baby will be happy to play with her new toys.
I will highly recommend FK Sports for their skilled personnel and fantastic customer service.

I cannot commend FKSports highly enough for after-sales service. Damaged parts were sourced twice and shipped to us. The sales assistant went above and beyond to ensure that the correct parts were re supplied in quick time. All communication was courteous, efficient and personal. Our queries were responded to without delay . The issues were resolved. Thank you, highly recommended.

Anyone can get a good review when things go right, it is when something goes amiss that you really find out how good the company is.

I purchased a large trampoline from FK Sports via Amazon. I made the purchase in October as a Christmas present for my grandaughter. Following delivery I received a couple of calls asking if everything was OK with it. Unfortunately it was going to remain boxed until the big day.

The 'big day' came and went. I never thought about how the weather would delay the assembly of the trampoline. It was April before the weather was good enough to spend the time on assembly. Unfortunately this identified that we were 2 parts short on the frame for the safety net.

Due to the tine that had passed I was unsure whether FK Sports would be able to help. They could not have been more helpful. The time delay which was totally due to me, was no issue. They were not only happy to supply the missing parts they followed up to ensure the parts were received and that I was happy. They were totally proactive, positive and supportive throughout. I am very impressed.

Not impressed with the express delivery was meant to be next day - but took 4 days instead.
Customer support were not much help as they provided no information.

When it was finally delivered (whilst I was at work)…
Despite a “this way up” sign on the box, it wax left on its side and fell over. Did i also mention it was left in the rain too!

Brought a pushchair from you that ended up having minor faults your customer service was excellent very quick at resolving the issues would definitely purchase from here again

FK sports is a company that cares about it's customers, after sales support is excellent, dealt with my issue quickly and professionally. Well done Phil Everton

I highly recommend this company,
They go above & beyond in supporting and caring for their customers. I had an issue with a purchase, so I contacted them. Correspondence was excellent and the issue was resolved.
One of the best companies I know that show compassion for their customers. Many Thanks FK Sports

I purchased an item last year and it arrived in used condition. I raised the issue and was offered a very small compensation, with the promise of a larger discount on my next order.

When I went to place that new order, they refused to honour what had been agreed. I spoke with the manager, and after a long conversation he ended the call and still didn’t follow through on what he promised.

I won’t be buying from them again.

Very pleased with this sturdy, light - weight mini exercise bike. Quick delivery, easy to assemble and very good price. Being an OAP I couldn't work out how to set the training computer to the workout time setting that I need, as there are no specific instructions in the user manual, so I contacted the customer service team. They were so helpful and supportive and now with their instructions I can easily use the setting I want. So altogether 5 stars!
