Fksports Avis

We ordered some foam gym mats from FK sports. They arrived quickly and the quality of the product was great. We would recommend to our friends and family.

After, a poor start with customer service. FK sports quickly responded with a replacement trampoline. The customer service via the email team was excellent and they did everything to resolve the issue of faulty trampoline. The replacement was delivered within two days. The trampoline was erected within an hour; providing fun for two very excited grandchildren!

"My daughter enjoys her trampoline exercise every single day. It’s indoor, requires no booking or travel to a venue, and burns the exact same amount of calories.

We did have an issue with the trampoline initially, but the customer service team was understanding and supportive. They sorted out the issue professionally, making our overall experience with the company extremely pleasant. If we ever need anything else, I will certainly buy from them again. Many thanks!"

A delivery issue was quickly sorted out. The yoga mat is exactly what I needed.

My exercise bike arrived on the day FKsports said it would, the assembly instructions were simple to understand, the assembly was very easy. The bike is very stable to ride. My only criticism is that the performance screen came with no instructions on how to use it.

Very happy with my portable exercise bike, hope to build up my leg muscles, easy to use and a good price.

Had issues with the product twice but everything was sorted in the end. Excellent customer service, and would happily purchase from them again.

Excellent service and the bets price I could find on the internet. Nextday delivery at no extra cost. Would highly recommend this company.

There was a small crack in some steps I purchased from their website. I emailed them 15 mins after the delivery by DHL, and FKSports responded within 2 hours and immediately arranged for the delivery of a new set of steps. Excellent customer service.

I brought a baby walker for my granddaughter which she loves getting around and the attached toys that comes with it

Quality products very happy with the service price

This was a surprise gift for a friend, I didn't physically see it but they loved it on arrival and really appreciate it. A bit of delay in delivery, but merchant not faulted.. Merchant tried every single thing and kept in touch including sending out a replacement. I sincerely appreciate the effort to resolve this .... I would patronise again and problem resolution with customer is excellent

Was a great service and offer from them, delivery was messed up but no fault of this company it was a DHL thing. Twins love new bouncer chairs

Bought a gym bench and is perfect for my needs and easy to assemble

Nice rack!
Great rack. Really good value. Easy to assemble and feels really solid.
Delivery was prompt too.

Very friendly easy to deal with staff, they communicate very quickly and have been a dream to work with. If you’re lucky your worker will be Akash. He’s a super star needs a promotion!!

Having suffered injury. I decided to rebuild and turn my garage into a gym. I used Fksports for weights. Excellent equipment and fantastic communication. Extremely well priced and very well packaged. Just what I need at the moment and I will purchase again in the very near future. Their range of products are fantastic.

Recently purchased 2 Gym Sports mats for the treadmill etc on Amazon from FK Sports. I'm very happy with the gym mats, the quality, the color, (sky blue) and the communication with FK Sports over DHL shipping. Prompt response from Dhruv, thank you. I would buy again from them.

Buying from eBay hasn't always been a great experience for me in the past, but buying from FKsportss was a much better choice. After reading other buyers' comments as well as reflecting on my own, I feel confident recommending them to others. Good luck, FKsports

Myself and my father brought 2 treadmills from Fk sports through ebay and both treadmills we're faulty, they replace us with 1 after a lengthy back forth with pointless emails and not long after even that had the same error code, they asked for videos and asked if we had checked cables etc, asked us on each email to wait 24/48 hrs for a response and didn't offer to send a repairs person or come up with any resolution, after a number of pointless emails back and forth they said there was nothing they could do and resulted in telling us the treadmill wasn't in warranty,
They have no customer service, everything is done through emails,or someone called Amit,
I do not believe this Is a reputable business and would not recommend this place or any of there products,
The stress this has caused myself and my father is unreal as like iv said its been a back and forth of ridiculous time consuming emails which hardly even made sense, save your money and buy from a trustworthy company as you'll loose time/money and health if you get anything from so called FKsports
