Brilliant product, delivered quickly, and the customer service is exceptional. I ordered an incline bench without knowing much about the company, and it turned out to be excellent quality and great value. What really surprised me was the follow‑up after delivery to make sure I was happy and to thank me for my purchase. That extra touch makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be returning, hoping the 24kg kettlebells are restocked soon 🙏🏼

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUE TRADERS
I tried to return the product to be told 'keep it we will refund you 10%'. I reminded them that the reason I was returning the product was that it was unsuitable for my 2 year old. They then said keep it, we will refund you 20%. I said no and returned the item.
I then received the 20% in my account.
I contacted the seller to be told the product had been damaged in transit. I asked for pictures to which they have still refused to provide.
Thankfully Amazon have refunded the difference and are looking into the company.
I have to confess I am amazed how a business like this is allowed to trade on a trusted platform such as Amazon. I do hope after their investigation FK Sports are thrown off.
If I could take this matter further, I would!

bought a mini exercise bike from FKsports when item arrived the casing below the tension handle was separating contacted salesperson ATA as per usual they asked for proof which is completely normal i sent them a photo showing the proof they were fantastic i had no problems they sent me a replacement they were so apologetic about the faulty bike well done this family owned company

Awful cheap products, thats understood. Upon asking for a return they offered me 5%.... which then upped to 15%. Just terrible people. Go on a reputable site and avoid this like the plague.

I had an issue with the baby swing but thanks to Amit who listened and solved the problem straight away! Great customer service and would definitely recommend it.

Better than I thought.
I bought a mini trampoline, with bungee, it was a very reasonable price and I did think it’d be ok, but WOW it’s quiet when I bounce, it’s gentle on my joints, especially on my back !! The bounce is great too. For the price this trampoline is worth it as an Al rounder , exercise device for home use.

Update to my below comment. FKSport managed to send the part, and replaced it without any cost to me. Thank you for your speedy response.

I bought a 12ft trampoline in August 2025, and a spring hole area was bent after 4 months only. Requested a top rail replacement at least, as they claimed it was wear and tear. Hard to believe after 4 months, as the product did not meet the quality standard indicated in its description. Very disappointed with customer service - hardly proactive as I had to follow-up twice since December reporting it. Only to be told today, that they cannot even replace a part. So we are stuck with a large broken trampoline, with a part I cannot even get online (I have tried), because it has it's own unique specifications. Very disappointing spending about £200!

Had a great experience from FK sports re our new walking pad with handle, it excellent and love it, we have been on it every day since we got it, runs so smooth not to noisy, fast delivery well packed would recommend but this going to be very helpful with getting our exercise.

Fantastic experience. I bought a set of dumbbells which were very competitively priced. Arrived quicker than expected and are really good quality. Will definitely buy from FK Sports again.

Ordered a pull up bar. All good from communication, to delivery time and quality of item considering the price. Doesn't feel like it will come apart. Only thing worth mentioning is that the part touching the door frame can leave a black mark, which I managed by putting some fabric in between.

Husband bought a massager for my Christmas present, didn't work properly, they sent a replacement promptly and communication was excellent

I bought a mini rebounder didn’t use it very often but all the stitching broke when FK was contacted they told me it was normal wear and tear it was Less than 8 months old very poor quality and customer service. will never use them again. after this revue Eric contacted me and said he would have the rebounder replaced 7 weeks later still not arrived do not use this company they are very poor

Ordered an 8' Trampoline for my Grandson for Christmas, arrived in good time, well packaged. Couldn't put it all together until we arrived back from our time away for Christmas at which point we discovered there was a spring missing. A quick phone call/email and three springs were sent immediately and again arrived in good time. Would highly recommend this company..... the quality of the goods were exceptional and the customer service just as good :)
