Fksports Avis

This was a great service, delivery was extremely quick . The pricing was affordable. Quality was excellent. It said 15 minutes to assemble and it was true . It takes up very little room.

Happy with product was very quick delivery and east assembly

I had never heard of this company before, but was so glad I ordered from them. The stepper arrived so quickly and looks great value. I'm sure my daughter will be delighted to receive it as a Christmas present.

Got a baby walker for our granddaughter not used it yet but just know that she will love it, easy to assemble looks great too, loads of different tunes with flashing lights. And such an unbeatable price fast and free delivery couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

FK sports were amazing sadly their couriers Yodel let them down. FK sports could not have been better at resolving the issues with delivery and I would highly recommend them

My exercise bike was exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy, well made and very easy to assemble. Company communication was excellent and delivery very quick! Overall a very pleasurable transaction! Very happy!

I bought an under desk pedal exercise machine for my 81 year old wife and she loves it. She sits in the armchair watching TV while pedalling away. It is solidly built and well worth the money.

The quality of the badminton set was good and we enjoyed playing the game as a family.
I also liked the 4kg dumbbells in purple colour.

I love the product. It came exactly as advertised. The 3 recline angle was as fantastic as promised. I had an issue with the slight delay in delivery which was the fault of the courier but this was promptly resolved by the seller.

Fast delivery, easy to assemble and my son absolutely loves it! Highly recommend using this company 😊

I bought a 3-levels aerobic stepper, and have found it's just what I need. It is stable and sturdy, and at a very good price, that even includes free postage

I am very pleased with the products i ve bought: Dumbbell Barbell set 20Kg. They are just as advertised, very good price and good quality. I needed it to start building up my strength training and mostly found quite expensive ones , but these Are doing the same job as those and I was so happy to find it at such a good price.

Having purchased a mini bike I found that it was not operating correctly. The pressure needed to turn the pedals was intermittent and the actual tension control did not do anything. I contacted FK sports who requested a video showing the binding of the pedals. They reviewed the video and immediately advised there was a problem with the crank and ordered me a replacement unit.

fantastic reponse from selller when i wanted to upgrade to next day delivery could not have been more helpful trampoline arrived next morning perfect many many thanks

Exercise bike delivered without a handle. After sales were excellent, particularly Sitar. They worked flat out to get the right handle mechanism sent within days. Instant response to phonecalls or emails. Good service.

An item I bought recently would not charge. I contacted Fksports and did some checks they advised.
As this did’nt work they immediately sent a replacement. All done with friendly, courteous
efficiency. Very impressive service.

Kevin Hopkins.

I ordered treadmill back in April this year after 3 months had a problem. I emailed FKsports regarding faul. They requested I done a few checks and adjustments but this did not solve the problem.
FKsports replaced treadmill with a newer model which I'm very pleased with. Very pleased with the professional service. Many thanks

I bought the Mini Exercise Bike for an old lady who is virtually immobile. She spends her days sitting in an armchair and was rapidly losing the strength in her legs. The Mini Bike now sits on the floor at her feet where she can peddle whenever she feels like it. It has only been two weeks since the Mini Bike arrived but it has already having a beneficial effect.
This is a great piece of equipment for anyone who wants or needs to exercise whilst remaining seated. It is robust, well made and at £65.99 and absolute bargain.

I had a small problem with my order, and their customer service replied quickly with a solution that was able to solve my issue. They even offered me a partial refund as a gesture of good will. Great customer service :)

At first, I was a bit disappointed because the order arrived incomplete. However, it turned out not to be the seller’s fault. I contacted them, and they immediately helped by following up with the delivery company. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally — excellent customer service!
As for the product itself, I’m very happy with it. The dumbbells look high-quality and well-made. I recommend the product.
