Why do I buy my coffees beans from TFCCRC when there are less expensive options out there. Quality of the beans and the exceptional customer service.
Recently when changing my subscription as I would have been away when it arrived, I accidentally set up a second subscription and ordered two 1kg bags of the 1571 blend. This was a Sunday. I realised my mistake about the double order and was going to contact them about cancelling one of the orders. I didn’t need to. Early Monday morning I received a call from TFCCRC about the double order and the double subscription. On the ball to say the least. I can also say that the beans are just as good as the customer service. I’ve never had a bad batch and the consistency in their blends is on target. Customer for life.

Top notch coffee - we moved 200 miles away and it’s still the best coffee we’ve ever had, love the fact that we get a regular monthly 1k bag of flat cap blend + two 1/2k random coffee bean blends. It’s always good!

Always new varieties popping up, with some really stunning flavours. I'm a huge fan of trying new beans, and their latest addition (Tanzanian Mbili Twiga) is lovely - a creamy, almost fudge-like note hiding in there.

I noticed Mark had created an Autumn blend, so I had to give it a go. It is 'proper gert lush' the cremer is so rich and thick, the smell fills the house and is hypnotic, and the taste is just so rich and smooth, it's like silk in a cup, with a kick to boost your mood and your mind.

I am fortunate enough to live close by, so I can collect my coffee orders. Every time, my orders are freshly roasted and the taste from the coffee I make with the beans is superb. Smooth and aromatic, whether in a cappuccino or espresso.
Each order is also superbly packaged which I really appreciate. It's rare to find such great product quality and customer service together these days, but you can definitely find it at Flat Cap Coffee.
