First time ordering from Flat Cap Coffee
This was my first time ordering from Flat Cap. It's always a risk ordering from another roaster than one you already use but I wasn't disappointed. I received very good coffee a hand written note thanking me for my order and a few extra beans to try other flavours.

Again brilliant service, coffee was marked up as out of stock and a weeks delivery. It actually arrived a few days later. Of course fresh and as nice as before. Definitely our preferred supplier now.

Great service and went the extra mile when coming up with an exclusive signature blend for our cafe. Our customers have noticed the change and feedback tells us it is for the better. What Mark and Alex don't know about coffee is not worth knowing!
