My start with them is not good Im not happy from the service froom fleeto im off from work bcz them they provide mising documents , there staff is nit much professional and and ive collect the car from them but my uber didnt verify me from insurence bcz fleeto didnt infrmed insurence company tht they added me to there fleet it was so risky i drove the vehical and i bring it home when uber told me about that they cant verify me on insurence on my name under fleeto fleet ,its alarming and im shocked that wht if i was driving n police pull me over and they didnt verify me then ill be trouble im so scared and shocked i infrmed them and its been 2 days now

We recently transitioned to a new internal system, which unfortunately caused delays in parts of our onboarding and document processing procedures during the changeover period.
We understand how frustrating and concerning this situation must have been, especially regarding the Uber verification process. To clarify, the vehicle remained insured throughout; however, there was a delay in certain systems updating and reflecting the information correctly during onboarding.
Customer safety and compliance are extremely important to us, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
