Thank you to Mo And Daniel who helped me me with my car so quickly. I thought it would take a long time and expected it but all sorted within 30 minutes. Appreciate it.

I cannot thank the team enough for their support after a very difficult situation. My car was stolen, but the team managed to locate it and quickly refitted the immobilizer to ensure it was secure.
I dealt with Jamil at the Colindale branch, who was incredibly helpful during the recovery process. I then went to the Shepherd’s Bush branch to pick up the car and finalize my paperwork.
Mohammed Allali was outstanding—he explained the rent-to-buy PCO contract procedure with total clarity. He made it possible for me to return the car, cancel the old contract, and drive away in a new car on the same day with a brand-new agreement. Mohammed and Kiran made the entire process seamless. I was given a clear breakdown of all payments and dates, so I know exactly where I stand.
After the stress of having a car stolen, the professionalism at both Colindale and Shepherd's Bush was the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future!

This company is dreadful so I am on the phone an 20 in the call get down to 10 been on call for 40 mins boom cut off the office is now closed what a waste of my time.
Call up the customer service team and the service again is poor
If you havent good th staff to deal with it hire more staff
I thought we flex was bad this company is even worse
The customer service was superb.kieron and Mark were extremely helpful and attentive. Shepherd's bush was extremely busy but there ability to multitask was amazing. 10 stars

I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from otto car.
My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, and it feels like they simply don’t care once you’ve signed the agreement. Any issues or concerns are either ignored or handled in a very unhelpful way.
Financially, it’s also not worth it. You end up paying a significant amount, and the return just doesn’t justify the cost. Instead of feeling supported, you’re left feeling stuck and frustrated.
Overall, the experience has been stressful enough that I’m seriously considering returning the car altogether. That says a lot about how unsatisfactory this has been.
If you’re considering renting from Autocar, be prepared for a lack of support and a potentially costly experience.
Very friendly and cordial. Reuben helped me to make the right decisions and he helped me all the way till the end.

It seems the staff have no more information than I have and all they can say is that I just have to wait for a call to tell me when the vehicle will be ready, which is completely unacceptable. So I have cancelled and will take my business elsewhere.
Incidentally, it is a mystery to me how this company has such a high rating here!

My enquiry wasn't resolved, otto car charged me £25 holiday fee then they refunded me back the £25 because I don't come under that category to pay holiday fee, after that refund second week otto cars has charged me £25 pounds again I've called them they told me I should get a refund but I didnt. Then otto cars replied to my review mentioning that my problem was solved and they refunded me which is true but a week after they have taken £25 out of my account they basically charged me again, MY ENQUIRY WASNT SOLVED IM STILL WAITING
