Great service and user friendly dashboard
Trackers are delivered very quickly when i need them, haven't failed once in nearly 2 years. Dashboard is very user friendly and the reporting is extensive. Service is excellent too. Would happily recommend

Fleetsmart is a great tool for us
Fleetsmart is a great tool for us - especially when Drivers get a bit lost in remote areas. And it works really well in partnership with the Tacho checks we have to do on the trucks and Drivers as we can generate reports for reference purposes and show Drivers what they were actually doing that day, hour or minute. For example we and the DVSA look for supporting evidence of what our trucks and Drivers were doing and the Fleetsmart reports etc. provide solid evidence as required.

Fleetsmart
Fleetsmart is easy to use with a wide range of easily accessible and customisable reports to enable the user to extract whatever information they require. We run a very mixed fleet of over 70 vehicles ranging from small vans to STGO Abnormal load vehicles. It is very easy to adjust the settings on the individual vehicles to suit their characteristics. Another useful feature is that each vehicle can be checked against DVLA records for Tax and MOT and show warnings if expiry is imminent.
We have now run this system for around 3 years with virtually no problems.
The back up is second to none, with a good range of help topics easily available and easy to understand.
As a company, Fleetsmart are easy to deal with and extremely customer focused with the emphasis definitely on performance and service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
