Fleetsmart were great to work with and installed trackers on our vehicles. Can thoroughly recommend the service they provide. Very quick to respond to questions and a very professional service.

I came from another provider who repeatedly told me the functionality I wanted for my business was unavailable (or cost prohibitive) so I scouted around for another option. I found FleetSmart, we have specific needs as my partner has just moved to a new area and her father gets hopelessly lost in his car regularly. We need some way to locate him and guide him home. So this ticked the boxes (we went for the self installed system) which was so cheap with hardware supplied. It was a doddle to install, two wires right to the battery and then clean a spot in the engine bay and peel and stick. Boom up it comes in the map in real time.

We were so impressed I have ordered another bunch of them (one for my work car, one for my partners car and one for my elderly mothers car too just in case). The mileage reports are awesome and go directly to my accounts lady so that saves me a ton of time logging mileage and they have been spot on to the second accurate both in the reports and the time the e-mails land.

We have used the system to find her father about 5 times since installing it and every time it has worked flawlessly. With the overspeed reports we have also found out my partner has a slightly heavy foot ;-) lol

I would not hestitate to recommend the system for small business. It just works. We are I think about 3 months in, not once have we had a fault or any point where we have questioned anything, it just works, how often can you say that these days? Awesome works guys.

If ever I have any queries or problems regarding the vehicles that I track using Fleetsmart, I find them most helpful, courteous and am grateful that they deal with my query very quickly. Highly recommend. Great Tracking Company.

We had a vehicle stolen from the drive and within 4hours it was recovered by the police - fantastic!

We have been using Fleet smart tracking system for our fleet and found it very effective. Now they got mobile app as well, which enables us to track our fleet on the go. Staff is very helpful in case of any issues.

No issues at all, very reliable

Tracking services work great, only two things I would suggest would be to also add the postcode alongside the street name when tracking, and to make the time spent per stop clearer. Otherwise it's fantastic!

We have been using Fleetsmart for many a year now. Installed in 6 of our HGV units. It's been invaluable to us over this period. Back up service is good as well. Highly recommended.

Brilliant product. It's nice to use something that actually does what it says on the tin!

We use Fleetsmart everyday and it's a great way to find out where the team are without having to interrupt them. It's also great to use it to trace things backwards if needed. Their customer service is brilliant! Gary was super helpful when I had a problem and sorted it for us immediately. It's very user friendly and we would recommend to other companies that need to use a system like this.

We've been using fleetsmart for about a decade and have seen consistent ongoing improvements to our service year on year.

A recent change in their service was the development of the app. I have personally recommended certain features over the years through their feedback service/chat, which I expressed would be nice if they were included in future. The development team took time to understand any issues we were having and then implimented the desired features numerous times within days if not weeks.

All seems good so far, from the first contact to getting the system set up and running was easy and stress-free. Gives you peace of mind knowing where and how your vans are driven at all times.
